The technical name for the way a fabric pile lays is ' the Nap', run your hand over it and you either feel resistance, or if not, that's the way the nap runs... A nugget of info from once working with fabrics that has come in useful doing my vans!!! 🤦♂️🤪

Leave the silver tape on the roll, peel only once n tear off as you go👍 save loads of time👏👏👏👏

Well! If it's any consolation, bud. I layed one section ( right in the middle 🤦♂️) of the roof the wrong way around on mine, and it sticks out like a sore thumb 😂.
Luckily, the overhead cupboards will hide it ( sort of, if I keep quiet about it 🤔"😅") 👌👍.

Why did you not use plastic piping for the underfloor the same as used in houses?
Copper is better
I don’t think it will matter and I’m sure it has already been peer reviewed in the comment section 😋 but copper and ally have accelerated oxidation.

Aluminium tape could have been a bad idea, aluminium and copper react to each other
