what foodskill did you eat for? cuz with cons 4 and blackbelt youd be over the stamina reduction cap so i'd think you dont use that but then i dont know what else it is
Tbf, con 4 + blackbelt is just barely over the cap (52%). Meanwhile con 3 + black belt doesn't hit the cap (44%). My guess is it's still blackbelt so he can hit the cap for all the dash dancing the run required.

generally it's garuga legs + silver sol everything else, but for speedrun build like this, Kirin arms gives 3x thunder attack so it's probably a little bit more efficient than garuga greaves, if you check his skills he doesn't use critical eye at all, just uses affinity booster instead. For non-speedrun build I would use garuga greaves and expert decos to achieve critical eye 7

killing monsters before our mantles even run out, ice borne has now become base mhw lol. great run, also im noticing your pattern I assume, the safi sets although good you realized aren't that great for speedrunning at least when your only running against one monster, true crit is still king but when you have multiple kills and cant deal with them all under one affinity booster safi is the way to go.
affinity booster + weakness exploit on softened zone is enough for such a short run, my guess is that for longer runs (affinity booster won't stay up the whole time) you'd want crit eye
I wonder Is Partbreaker will work in this case? From what i see, the head break = more damage. I think if you break the head faster, you can get better time

I barely know bow, but how minds eye work with bow?
For ranged weapons it lers you shoot basically at point blank without a damage penalty. Normally you have to be at a certain range to do full damage.

132 damage in each spread is too much. You can hit non stop at any moment of the fight while melee struggles with that.
On the flip side you can't take any damage with bow since its defense sucks compared to melee weapons
