Hi Fafa, glad to watch again today, I like the new dish too, please can you one a time show us how your tie your head please? I know it is not the goal of this channel but....., thanks much lol
+Ndudu by Fafa Hi Fafa. I made the fura and it turned out delicious. I fermented it for 5 days to allow the flavors to intensify. The yogurt added that extra tinge to it. I bottled them in the fridge. BTW, I also made the tolo beef, and jollof rice with spinach and the mackerel. I'm doing triple axle at the gym to keep up with all the scrumptious foods. Lol. Be blessed
euphemia ketsri Hello hun, do you have any idea what is used for Ghana kunu? Been looking all over for the recipe. It's actually different from Naija kunu.
Fura is not only a Ghanaian delicacy it belongs to the Fulani tribe all the way from Niger. And it is also indigenous to the Hausa-Fulani of Northern Nigeria
Sister Fafa, does the Fura recipe include soybeans? I read that in your description and was surprised because the soybean was introduced to Africa lately and definitely not an authentic African Fura ingredient. Soy in all forms is very dangerous for the health unless fermented and served as Miso and Natto. It causes hormonal imbalance in women by mimicking estrogen and agitating fibroids, endometriosis as well as inducing tumors in the breast. This also affects men. Soy in its unfermented form, however, is very nutritious for animals because they are able to absorb its alimentary components, but the human body is totally destabilized and unbalanced when soy is ingested. The effects are immediate in others while it lingers and appears during end stages in others. I write this from a painful experience. Please do not consume soy as milk, tofu, etc...#SayNoToSoy.
The way you do your method is not good. I don't know the way they make but before i was in Ghana i use to eat and i knew the way it is . Is not fermented, first time i watched your video the way you make your fula am not interested.
