I'm legit surprised no one has mentioned "The concept of love" from a Black Panther Party speech by Stokely Carmichael. Apparently that sample was also used in an arranged theme on the King of Fighters 95 soundtrack
From "Oldies but Happies" from JSRF, the very final "Well that's nice, that's very nice thank you" is from the last episode of Pennies from Heaven (1978) at around 35 minutes in.
1:53 For this sample in "Rock It On," while this is the original song, I don't think the sample was taken from the song itself. Instead, the vocals sans backing track can be found in an audio CD titled "Best Service - Voice Spectral Vol. 1," which contains a TON of audio samples. Some I recognized from JSR, but it's also the source of the infamous "Fire Temple Chanting" from Ocarina of Time, which has an interesting story behind it. It's likely that Hideki Naganuma had a ton of these CDs, and that's where the samples came from. Of course, it's also possible he just sampled it from the sources, but considering some of JSR's samples are found on just this one CD, I'd wager to guess that other CDs contain more samples used in this game. (I'd also like to point out I typed this before getting to the section on "Grace & Glory," which is one of the other samples I recognized when going through the CD)
Every Voice sample you hear is from a Sample CD. Well besides Da People but blah that came out later Though some drum samples were proven to be taken from some direct sources
Dang this was so cool, I’ve always loved learning about audio samples and how they’re used in different songs, Hideki Naganuma really nailed the soundtrack for this game

Its so ironic that Hideki Naganuma is mostly known as "The King of Samples", it is true, but he uses it wisely.
Hence... king of samples! Using them wisely is probably the name of the game in terms of becoming 'king'
Hideki is a pretty insane crate digger and sample flipper but he can never compare to the only and only:

This video just blew my mind. The first thing I ever ordered from Japan was this soundtrack back in the early 2000’s. Still got it to this day.
