For getting rid of roof walls: On the gallery you should be able to find doors/archways that have been shrunk down with the tool mod - small enough that you don't have to cover them up. I think the ones I use were posted by Kate Emerald.
I'm a big fan of unusual builds, so I love this one, but I definitely need to watch this a few times so I understand how to build it. Damn, you are SOOOO good at this!!

Your so right I hate when the walls are all down I always use walls up or in smell rooms the some wall up and some down.
10:16 - i usually build walls up or with that like half up half down thingy, but really rarely walls down cause then i dont well like i can see the separeted rooms, it just looks quite messy to me and i dont feel like its a house xD :D

I hide all of my smoke detectors in things. I hide everything in things! you can also do it with lights too and everything works. it's also great for off the grid and hiding all the bulky weird candle lamps.

Can you revisit this? Do this again but using the newer packs, change a few things. I’d love to see your take on older builds and what you would change now

i prefer walls half up/ half down.. or up all the way so you can see the whole build and how else are you supposed to decorate the walls as well? this build is beautiful just like al your builds i am alwaYS so impressed and wowed buy your creativity it gives me so many fun ideas to use the game in ways i never thought to before! thanks for being you and dont worry about the puppers you couldn't hear him at all and it was so nice to see his little face

id try to put the bathroom in the middle and use that plant wall and other tall furnitures to hide walls so hopefully with all the other furniture it wouldnt be too obvious from the outside

I would have done the bathroom in the middle with the door facing the back and the opposite side being the living room or kitchen/dining area that way it would help create separation of space and wouldn’t look weird off to the side it would look more like a giant pillar/column

I build with the walls either partially up or completely up. I need to see what the build looks like with the wallpaper but sometimes the walls get in my way.

I typically build with walls up or at least half up but I’m bad at the shell of the house I feel like I’m good at decorating so I normally download shells

To answer one of Syds questions of walls up or down I do the half walls like where you can see the outer wall but not the ones inside if that makes sense also I don't like heights so I could never live there but in the Sims I could
