Removing ABS PERMANENTLY on a Jeep Cherokee XJ

Pretty much any axle swap you do to an ABS equipped XJ will render the system useless. I'll show you how to get rid of the ABS module for good!

Well I've got some kinda white whale of a YJ that actually HAS factory ABS. I've got an 8.8 rear axle that im gonna be swapping in and i knew id have to delete the ABS for that, but now the module is in the way for my new fenders so its coming out tomorrow.
Thanks a ton for this info, it was a PITA trying to find a proportioning valve, so after watching your video im headed to my junkyard for a "new" one.
I also wanted to say you KILLED me in this video after you finished the passenger side front install with your comment: "Well, i aint gonna lie, that sucked! And it aint exactly pre-bent anymore..." Can't wait to experience it first hand.... 😂

did air trap in the ABS module when you bled the brakes ?

I think air seeped in when I was changing the master cylinder and had all the lines off
