Thank you for the great video! It was very informative and easy to understand. You forgot to mention the Mustang Mach-E though when you mentioned which Mustangs come with the MagneRide suspension.
OK, just to be clear.... on the 2023 Mustang there are no settings to fiddle with from the driver's seat? It's just "on" doing it's job, if the car is optioned with MagneRide?
If your mustang has the selectable drive modes then there are different parameters for magneride in each setting. I notice it becomes a lot more firm and planted in Sport + and Track mode for instance.
@@x12ozx Thanks for the reply! Mine DOES have selectable drive modes. Forgive; I should've been more specific. Mine is a GT Premium and also has Active Exhaust, GT Performance pkg, 6spd... B&O sound as well, but that probably doesn't influence what Performance options are available? Now I wonder if any of the modes are only available with Magna-Ride, such as "Track" or "Drag Strip"? Or is "Track Apps" only available for Magna-Ride cars?
@@GeddyBreall s550's should have track apps, my '17 V6 had them. Now my '20 GT has magneride that changes with drive modes. Not all cars with drive modes have magneride, only optioned with PP1 and standard on PP2/Mach 1. If you're not sure you can see the suspension settings change in the track apps "status" function
@BMock590 Yes sir, it is optioned with MagnaRide. It took me awhile to find it with the options I wanted. MagnaRide, Active Exhaust, GT Performance Package, 6spd and the B&O Sound. Dealers don’t seem to order them with that particular combination. That makes it nearly Mach 1 price. Mine was a customer order from a dealer employee who then found another job and didn’t want the car. It was too late for me to order a 23 when I decided to get a new Mustang. I watched it for a month before I pulled the trigger, hoping to find one in Atlas Blue. Then saw an Eruption Green Mach 1 in a parking lot, loved it instantly, so I bought mine. Thank you for the informative reply!
An easy to understand explanation by Bill.
I love it on my 18’ GT PP1. Well worth it
I love magna ride ! ( pp2 )
Well explained! 🇺🇸
Thank you!

I have it on my 21 ecoboost, I didn't have it on my 15 ecoboost and the difference is night day.
So it basically makes it softer when u go over bumps/potholes in ur Mustang GT?
very educational. Thank you.
Same has volvo 4 C suspension… Volvo was part if ford during 2000”s
I have a question … can I add a mageride to a mustang that doesn’t have it ?
At this time it would be cost prohibitive to do so but in theory you could.
So I cannot get magneride for my 2016? I thought that’d be nice
Did the transport have these on his Audi ?
