Hi Charlotte loved your tutorial and images, I have been concentrating on ICM for app 4 years and it is lovely to see other ICM photographers techniques and the images that it produces as ICM is so diverse with no wright or wrong. I think we all find our own method of creation and style. Keep shooting all the best John.
Thanks v much John, glad you enjoyed it - yes ICM allows self expression in a very creative way, i think thats why i love it, and love teaching it because i find you can really express feelings, emotions, locations and objects in a completely new way. Keep experimenting and enjoying the freedom to play.

Very nice tutorial really gave me a starting point ive done quite a lot of soft of focus almost dream like and this will just add to that theme. Some of these images can be used as bgrounds for others images. It really does work in black and white

Beautiful work, Charlotte! Thanks for a very well organized and informative presentation. For the landscape images where you took a "straight" image and then a second with ICM, did you multiple expose in camera or layer/composite them later in post?
Thanks so much for your comment - I do 99% of my layering work in photoshop. I'm working with a Nikon D750 right now which has very limited multiple exposure capabilities (more luck than judgement) - I've got some other videos on the channel showing how I combine images in PS. Hopefully those are useful if that's where you are looking to combine your images?

Fantastic - i'm always intreagued how you found this video - was it because you were looking for how to do ICM?
