I'm so sad to hear about her passing.... may your soul rest in peace😭 rest easy sweet angel.
By the way she looks here, if someone were to say that half a year from now she'd be deceased from her illness, you'd think that was outlandish. I still can't believe it myself. She had so much more to give and live. Rest in peace, Amy. Amen.

@@starblane1023 Yes she died April 1st 2021. Heaven gained an angel that day. Amy was just so special, Unlike anyone I've ever seen. All of her loyal followers loved and cared for her so so much and was/still is very much affected by her passing. Her videos will still continue to educate and help others so much.

You know what amy this is actually the most relatable and raw thing I have ever seen about our condition. Do what you need to do. We all love you endlessly and your right. You don't even need any of these reasons. Sometimes you just need a break. Thanks for understanding we love and care for you and really appreciate the update.
It’s 2022 and I’m back watching your videos because I miss you so much. It’s so unfair that you’re gone Amy. I watched every video you posted for years and we used to talk on Instagram sometimes. You were always so sweet and funny. You deserved so much more. I hope Tom and your Mom and Dad and sister are doing well. I’m so sorry Amy.

Best of wishes to you Amy. This year has been awful and having chronic illness definitely has made it harder. Things will look up again, it may feel like it will last forever but there will be sun after the storm.
This year has been the worst for me, I have a chronic condition called fibromyalgia, I am in agony everyday every where I move I am just in constant spasms all over my body and there is nothing the doctors can do, I have come off all pain medication because they were not working for me anymore, a couple of weeks ago my mother in law passed away, she died of a severe case of phonominia and sepsis c.o.p.d got the better of her, and then last week my aunty died so my depression and anxiety is at its highest, but what’s helping me is watching nick carter from the backstreet boys on twitch and listening to the bsb if it wasn’t for there music and presence I don’t think I would’ve been here today and I hope that your dogs are oka, xxxx

I missed you but realized that you must be under a very strict quarantine. I’m very sorry you have gone through so much. The sense of isolation can be very depressing and challenging. You have no need to apologize to anyone, I know that weight gain is always stressful but you always look beautiful to me. You are a strong beautiful woman and a hero to many. Oh, Amy, I feel you, I am severly chronically ill as well, but what I wanted to send you is a bunch of love and so many blessings, I think of you and your fur babies, I hope, every aspect will turn better!
I’ve spent 40 years of my life dealing with the same kinds of compromised immunity... people have a tendency to tell me that I am very brave and very strong to which I reply: “ it’s not like I was given a choice”. I had my first surgery at 21 days and I’m now 65 years old and I’m still having regular surgeries so here’s the thing I never ever go anywhere without a book to read... if I feel bad enough to go to the ER I stay there until someone sees me… I to have a Pomchi her name is pixie and she is the light of my life she’s just turned 11 and has collapsing trachea… I don’t know what I’ll do when she’s gone... I write all this to say, I feel you. I totally understand the depression that you’ve gone through(me too) having a compromised immunity means on a good day that you should stay away from people eight months of seeing no one has made me a little shack wacky… I wish you peace
Oh Amy, you need to just take care of yourself and don’t worry about RUclips or anything. Self care is the most important thing, especially with the pandemic. You are such an amazing and honest person, thank you for posting this but don’t feel like you have to. We’re not going anywhere! We’ll be here for you. Much love 💕

I only found out she passed away from comments on her other videos. The poor girl and seemed she was fighting so much. Many prayers to Tom and her loved ones. She's pain free now. In Heaven watching over Tom friends loved ones like 😭😭🧡❤❤🙏🙏
I’m keeping your fur babies in my prayers. I have one too, he’s 12 and he went through a lot the past week, but he’s better now. Everything minute with them is very special. I’m sorry yours are unwell, with all you go through with your health already. I hope you and them have a lot of fun together for the longest time possible.
Because of my mental health (bipolar 2), people have distanced themselves from me. I guess that's why I haven't been affected by the Corona virus lockdown... > I'm used to being alone, but I can understand how it has affected the rest of the world. Thank god your loved ones stand by you. Hope everything starts to get better 💗
Similar circumstances here. I dont leave my home due to agoraphobia, so lockdown didnt feel any different. But i can understand others feelings on the situation.

I'm so sorry that people have distanced themselves from you...no one should be left alone, or be used to being alone.
My daughter is in her mid 20's and lives with me due to her bipolar disorder. It would never enter my mind to abandon her, and I have accepted that she will always live with me. I don't do anything for her because I HAVE to...I'll do anything for her because she's my daughter and I love her.
Corona has risen (at least my country) depression rates by 30%. ): For me, I was kind of already there so Corona made little difference in my life. I always stay in my room and sleep/watch Netflix and such. I feel bad for extroverts cuz they pretty much are being forced to experience my day to day life which is miserable haha.
But on top of having a chronic illness, I cant imagine how you’ve been feeling. Depression alone is heavy enough. You’re very strong, and an inspiration. Take breaks whenever you need.

You’re a superstar ! Don’t worry about explaining things to us. It’s ok to just say I am not ok and I need a break. Mental health is so important thank you for sharing that, I am sure you are helping out someone out there going through a difficult time. One day at a time. Hope you can share more time with your doggies.
I'm glad you're back. I know I was bummed when you stopped posting, but I figured you were going through a lot of health stuff and just needed a mental health break. Take all the time you need.
Had the roughest year starting in August 29, 2019. Husband had a stroke, moved, disability for us both, my chronic illnesses have been a bitch, dealing with insurance and then regular life...you are allowed to have a hard time too. Do what you need for you. You've got a whole lot of people who support you.

I’m sorry you have had such a rotten time. I have a lot of chronic Illnesses and while I’m not happy anyone is suffering, watching you makes me feel less alone. 2020 has been crappy all around and worse than usual for those of us with chronic illnesses, hope that 2021 is better 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼. Sending good thoughts to your fur babies, I have one too and he brings me a lot of joy.

Amy I wish you the best girl, my doctors said the same thing to me I haven’t been able to leave my house for months now because of my chronic illnesses and most of my planned operations and surgeries got postponed because of the virus. Most of my appointments turned into phone calls and it was so frustrating to talk to them. I hope things look up for you, and I wish you all the best. ❤️

Praying for you 🙏. Wishing you all the best! I can relate to how you are feeling. Through Covid I had multiple surgeries and health issue. I waz raped and abused by the man i was livjng with and was stuck with him until June because everything shut down. A shelter wasnt an option because I am agoraphobic along with other issues. I can say don’t allow people to bring you down any further. Remember to put yourself first, love yourself and believe in yourself. Much love to you.

My heart goes out to you seeing that pic brought tears to my eyes my dog passed in late August and he had a heart murmur and his lungs filled all the time 💔praying for your babies mine only lasted 2 months on meds

Sounds like you guys have bigger and better animal hospitals then we do in America, well the small town in America that I live anyway. So if anything, atleast be grateful u guys have such a great animal hospital near by like that. Both of those furbabies are very very lucky to have people that care about them so much!! That’s why Lulu (I think that’s her name) is fighting so hard, she loves u guys and wants to stay here with u!! Just enjoy every second u have with her!! With them both! ❤️ 🐾 ❤️ 🐾 ❤️ 🐾

Hi Amy. Sorry to hear all these negative events have been going on this year. 2020 has not been good at all. When we shutdown in CT, USA for 3 months i did nothing but mostly sleep. I live alone with my 1 cat, the other kitty passed in July at the age 13 so I know how attached you are to your 2 furbabies. Don't be worried about if you gained weight. Certain meds do that. I know you through Utube an I think you're a very beautiful young lady. Also brave going through all the medical procedures you endured to stay healthy. I hope things start getting better. I'll pray for your furbabies🙏🐶🐕. Sending you only good vibes na virtual hug 😌❤
Amy, you are no longer here but I think of you often. You don't know of me but I got to watch many of your videos for a few years. I too am chronically ill. My symptoms may be resting at this moment but gastroparesis is not nice to the human body. I am glad you are now resting. The ones who stay sad are the ones left behind. Hope heaven has you in perfect health.
Amy, I can totaly relate even though my illness is not nearly as complex as yours. When things just keep happening and every time you try to get back up you are knocked down you lose self esteem, you lose hope, you battle feelings of anger, desperation, hopelessness etc. I wish you lots of strength and joy.

amy you are so incredibly beautiful, strong and resilient. whenever i read through the comments i get the impression that most of us are struggling with similar issues (chronic illnesses, mental health issues, etc) because of that, we completely understand when you need to take breaks. i'm not going anywhere! no matter how often you may need to go MIA for a while. i adore you to bits cutie! 💕
Man Amy you've been through a lot this year I'm glad you're doing better though and as far as the depression I feel you when they locked us down for almost three months in the US how is starting to get depression and anxiety and then when they reopened it I was getting a lot of anxiety because I didn't want to touch anything so now I'm like I'd sort of a germaphobe on top of anxiety I no longer have the depression but it still doesn't help when we really can't go very far because covid 19 is still around so I feel you girl I'm glad you're doing good though

Don’t worry about coming up with reasons to explain the need to take a break. It happens, you just keep doing what you need to to help your mental health. I totally feel you about your fur babies, I just lost my pug about a month ago, I rescued her when she was 2 1/2 and she was just a couple months away from turning 12. I cried for a week straight, just the slightest thing would set me off. The stress of that, COVID-19, work, family, I had to take a break for my mental health. Prayers to you, Tom, your fur babies, and your family. You will get through it and be stronger afterwards.

Praying for your babies. Feel for you. We are in hospice with one of our babies. He is 13 years old and has had 2 strokes. But still is fighting back and sticking around. Stay strong and love them as long as you can.
Oh I am so relieved to see you again! I literally fall asleep after your vlogs! I am 54 yrs old..have a big family..8 grandkids! This Corona Virus has me going sideways too hon! You are always so brave and I gather so much hope from you and Tom. I have not had the exact struggles you have..but I have vascular EDS and it's been one thing after another for me too. I have been praying to see you or have word..you feel like one of my own kids now! Don't lose yourself in all of this...it will get better someday. We must give each other hope..and purpose! Glad you are back! I clicked on your videos a while back because I have POTS and was looking for others with it. When you spoke about EDS, I started realizing I had the same signs and symptoms and I just received my diagnosis this September by a geneticist. You are such a resource and inspiration for those with chronic illness. This year has absolutely sucked for everyone, I'm sorry its been so rough on you. Don't ever quit RUclips, your impact is felt across the pond!!
My boyfriend and I have to stay in our apt and not go outside too. We only shop for food twice a month, that is all the going out that we can do. I really don't mind staying home, but my boyfriend is climbing the walls!! He feels like a caged animal..... Hopefully things will get better soon for everyone, that is my wish!! It's so nice to see you again Amy, say hi to Tom for us!!
My heart goes out to you. I lost my baby last Feb. We was told she had CHF in Dec.2019 and past Feb 1st 2020. She was up playing taking her meds really good, then later the night she went down hill. She was 14 yrs old. And was a full blooded Shih Tuz. I know how hard it is. Im still griven and my other fur baby that is 15 yrs old is griven still. Its so hard. Enjoy every sec you have. And let them do what they want, and eat "with in reason" what they want. Just nothing salty. So people dont feel like some of us do. These are our children. I am unable to have 2 legged kids so I have 4. Lol. We will be praying for you and your family and mostly the furbabies. Just let them tell you when enough. My heart goes out to you all.

I love you sweetheart. One human to another. I understand only too well the mental health struggles. In Oklahoma we are going thru major covid surge again. It's going to be a long winter. I've had to put off hospital tests . . . Then had primary care physician drop me as patient because of not getting tests done. I'm like what lol. Thank God my rheumatologist is beautiful soul who called in a favor to get me to primary he recommended and went to school with twenty years ago. I've gained eighty pounds in last year. Dysautonomia and adrenal insufficieny with having to increase prednisone for inflammation it's been impossible. My husband bought me a cubii ( which is a pedal base cycle so I can do from couch) I'm hoping it isn't too hard on hips and knees.

Goodness. It's been a crap year for everyone. In April my dog suffered a seizure and had to be put down and due to covid I couldn't be with her. Then a foster kitten had severe congenital issues and she had to be put down. I too have had a couple utis, and then managed to get pneumonia somehow. Your health is more important than videos, but it is good to see you back again. I hope the rest of the year is better!
So hard to lose a pet, when to me (and a lot of people) they are really like children. My husband & I had our cat, Tucker, before we had our children, so he was very dear to us. When he was 14, he developed trouble breathing & was diagnosed with the same as your little ones. Medications did not seem to result in any lasting improvement, so we did as you described & just tried to make him comfortable & let him know he was loved. He spent his days at the foot of my daughter's bed, and was spoiled with treats being carried in to him. You won't regret the time you spend loving on them. They certainly return that love a hundred time over! Best wishes to all.
When I have an year like this (too full of events, stuff , whatever) I mostly disconnect. It's normal for me because I feel that I already have too much stimulation and I try to avoid having more input. Asperger's speaking.
But the point is , I get it Amy. This year was a mess. Your health was all over the place, you did huge life changes and on top of that this stupid Covid-19. The house moving was amazing and I believe did you good. We all love you and I keep following your life on Instagram and here on RUclips.

Know the feeling Amy... I got burnt out some days before Christmas with full blown panic attacks the weekend before Christmas, it was down to a combination of some drama and me moving to a new flat. Was going to try to finish my move in March and was going to go back to old place to deal with things in late February only to have my almost 16 year old cat have a seizure the night before I was planning on going to old place again, spent a week being awake pretty much around the clock to keep an eye on my cat and then he told me it was time so on March 2nd he got some help over the bridge just hours before he would have gone over on his own, and I very nearly just went with him, mum being at the vets with me saved my life that day! I had my cat since he was a kitten and he was not just a pet he was really like an emotional support animal for me as well. I couldn’t even be home for two weeks after his passing, let alone go back to my old place where my cat had been living with me for almost 8 years. Then let’s add a pandemic days later as if this year wasn’t bad enough anyways... My EDS hasn’t been behaving too well for months, I had a very painful canker sore on my gum line in June that likely turned into an abscess (not painful at all now but still drains now and then) and in July the car got vandalized so I was without our own car for about a month. In September I was finally mentally and physically able to go back to old place again to seriously finish my move, and finally on October 2nd I closed the door at the old place for the last time and returned the keys the Monday after! It just took about 10 months to finish moving... Now I’m just slowly but surely trying to organize here at home, though taking it very easy as I want to have some energy to celebrate my 35th tomorrow. My anxiety has been getting worse this year and not just because of the pandemic, and now for the first time as far as I can remember, I’m really feeling a seasonal depression and for me it’s not the darkness that affects me, it’s the cold and knowing it will be some 9 months or more before my body might get to feel more alive again because of the weather and temperatures...
So I get it with you needing a break from RUclips, if I had been making videos (still planning to try some day) I would have taken a break as well under those circumstances both of us have dealt with this year.

This virus has turned the world upside down and it's taken so much from everyone, but for me, the worst that's been taken is the comfort and joy of being around those we love. And when a person is dealing with extreme health issues, that connection is even more important.
All the more reason our fur-babies are so dear and important to us -- They give unconditional love. Their constant companionship is a touchstone for us to find the will to get through each day.
You're in the prayers of many people -- most of whom are just anonymous postings on the internet -- But the prayers for you and your fur-babies, your family and partner, are still true and powerful. Be blessed Amy.
So glad your little ones are still here with you. I lost my baby last year. It was sudden and well I'm sure you can imagine how painful. Good to see you back. You've just been through it this year! I get the depression, I've been hit with one thing after another the past three years and the depression hits hard. I've been fighting weight gain too. It's caused by a medication I'm on but it's so disheartening when I already was struggling with being over weight and now this just adds to it. It helps to know I'm not alone and hopefully you find find peace in that too! I'm trying to be more active on RUclips myself so hopefully you'll see me in the comments more. :)
This quarantine really messed all of us up mentally here in Australia. 7 months into lockdown now and I'm so so sick of it lol. Glad you're doing better!

Amy, I am so sorry to hear about all you’ve been through! I too was told that I couldn’t go anywhere after March 1, and if I was diagnosed with Covid...I wouldn’t survive.

Sorry about your fur babies...I had to say goodbye to my horse of almost 29 yrs, had her since she was a baby.then the following month had to put my little pom down and a week later my other dog died from congestive heart failure in my arms. I miss them all terribly.

Yeah, since C19, I've been quite depressed. I too need hugs and interaction with others. I'm glad you have Tom and your family it's hard.

You,Tom and your fur babies are in my thoughts and prayers. Fingers crossed for everything stay well, glad to see you back but fully understand why you did what you did. I have been on lockdown and I’m still even now struggling mentally just to get out of the house on my own. I have multiple autoimmune conditions .

I’ve also recently been diagnosed with an eating disorder. Therapy has been a life saver for me. And having a fantastic tribe around me. Your support people are crucial xx
I also started meds to help manage chronic pain and it’s caused me to gain a lot of weight. But I also myself what’s more important? Being able to function or how I fit into clothes/how I look.
I’m now learning more about accepting my body as it is and diet culture/society’s ridiculous brain washing around body image.

I lost my cat a couple months ago to congestive heart failure, she didn’t respond to any medications unfortunately and I had to say goodbye. Some animals respond really well to the medications they give and can live a good year or two longer so I hope that’s the case for your pups❤️
