1.Increase flexibility of legs
2.faster reaction of my legs in tackles
3.More agile
4.Feel lighter on feet
5.Increased my acceleration and speed in sprints
6.Bigger and better endurance calf
7.Stronger lower core
and many more but i have reached a plateau and it could be nice if you can release same type of video

@@jamesmcauley8854 Yea dude only need to be consistent when I was doing it for about a year and I stopped again for a year I can feel the difference. I was so slow and sluggish , getting back into doing the drills again but when I did do it for a year straight I could defintely feel the diff from my old self.

Wow, my agility needs to be improved, and this definitely inproved it. For The "quick feet" one, I was a little unbalanced with pace, but I got the hang of it. I seemed to do well doing around the ball, that one really helped. You should for sure do more "at home" training videos because they are convienent due to the freezing cold weather.
+ProgressiveSoccer Could you make a video on what to do at halftime? Both physically and tactically.

This video worked wonders for me! I did it alongside the plyometric video and noticed a difference in just two days of doing them together! My leg muscles are more toned and I am much quicker and more agile. Thank you so much for your videos!!!

Exactly what I've been looking for! Perfect in form and to get both agility and speed up for operating in the real world. Most practical in every respect, especially because who wants to be burdened with all kinds of fancy equipment. Real fighters such as spartans and gladiators didn't have all that garbage.

This is what I needed.. Just played tournament match and I couldn't turn with the ball easily because of my hard stiff lower back and the reason I think is I've been sitting too much & playing video games.. F that shit man!!
