I use fenugreek water as my leave-in spray with fresh aloe vera gel on my natural hair/scalp every 3 days then I apply butter.
I apply my fenugreek mask every 7-14 days with other Ayurvedic ingredients

@@JanetAmotsuka-bs6rn when making your fenugreek water use 2 or 3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds add 16.9oz to 20oz of water bring to a boil for 3 minutes pour your content into a glass jar. Let sit for 2-3 hours pour fenugreek water into your spray bottle. Saturated your scalp n hair with the fenugreek water let sit for 10 mins then add your fresh strained aloe vera gel to your hair n scalp. Let sit until hair is damp then apply your oil,n your moisturizer cream. You can make your moisturizing creme from authentic Sheabutter whipped with fresh strained aloe vera additional ingredients is up to you. Remember less is more. Peace n love. Mini braids is an excellent protective length retention style. 2 months or more
