@@toritsejuamotsukasame here I’ve noticed the more mine grew it became more manageable and at the back of my head, the hair is now very curly, completely different than the front. But in general the more it grows the more defined the curls get.

When you’re consistent with your routine the health of your hair is so much better and it really helps your curls too

Yes I’m keeping it for 3 months, your hair would get frizzy overtime just like the other 3 months challenge I did. 3 months is a short period for hair to lock up so that won’t be a problem.

Trimming your hair is not always the solution to your problems. You’re just cutting off length you could have retained. They’re treatments you can do for any issues.

Use a gentle dandruff shampoo and be consistent with washing your hair, Keep your scalp clean and avoid oil build ups on scalp, Avoid using hot water, Avoid hair styling products. Hope this helps.

Yes I experienced that too. I prefer doing alternative ways to stretch my hair that don’t require heat and I don’t experience dryness.

Once every two weeks. That’s twice in a month

You can still go ahead with the spring twist if you want that length shown. Just make sure it’s not damaging your hair and if it’s damaging your hair I won’t recommend it.

I count it as 7 days in a week and 14 days before my next wash, so I wash my hair twice in a month.

I didn’t redo the braids for the course of the 3 months challenge. The main aim of the challenge is to not manipulate your hair and just continue with your hair care routine for 3 months that’s how you retain more length.

Yes but used without moisture first can dry out your hair. The reason why they’re in deep conditioners and conditioners is because they help to lock in moisture longer in your hair.

@@toritsejuamotsuka some people actually use it to moisturize their hair and it's working for them,Av seen tho, d goal is to make the hair soft and not wet because soft hair isn't wet hair Hydration is water,lock in hydration should be the right word not moisture because moisture are oils and butters

Sebum is the natural moisturizer I use for my hair

@@toritsejuamotsuka I know people who use only butter to moisturize their hair,the goal is to make the hair soft and not wet because most people feel wet hair is moisturized hair which is not so...hair should be dry yet soft to the touch Hydration is water,we lock in hydration not moisture because moisture is emollients(oils and butters)if you check most moisturizers for skin and hair is make majorly of oils and butters because dos help in locking in hydration from water

@@ebonywatson9939 yes sebum is the best moisturizer for our hair but most people don't secrete enough and our type of hair(curly/coily)makes it difficult for it to travel down the length of our hair unless it's straightened
