- I know it's a little late, but this is my Christmas Eve vlog! I made sure to keep you all updated on my chemo treatments and will be sharing more with you in the new year. Thank you for your support, love you guys!
My nutritionist really changed my life this year. I'm so grateful to have met her and learned from her guidance in making healthier food choices for myself! She also checked up on me to see how my diet is doing. ✅

Hey sunshine, not heard a word from you so was just wondering how you are? It's bitter cold in London, so keeping warm indoors with my fur babies! And some really brilliant news for me. My son Oskar, who's 17 and autistic, has got himself a part time job training to be a barrista (aka fancy coffee maker)! His ultimate goal is to be a personal trainer, so he starts college in September for 2 years to get diplomas needed. I'm so proud of him, he has worked so hard and come way further than the so called "professionals" ever expected. I never doubted. You know me, positive vibes only!!! Anyway young man, im sending you much love and best wishes from London. And kind regards and best wishes to all your family. Let us know how you are PLEASE ☺☺

Your demeanour, your sense of balance and positivity are incredible,,YOU ARE AMAZING, and I really am looking forward to seeing you when you're clear. Your family invited too because without them, you wouldn't be the star you are. Can you tell me where abouts you live because it looks amazing. No, I'm not a stalker lol, but the environment you live in is no doubt conducive to your well being. This was a really cool holiday vlog! Most people would be feeling sorry for themselves having to have chemo on Christmas Eve so kudos to you for handling it like a champ - even cheerfully! I'm so glad you have doctors you trust, who support your nutrition plans (and that you have a nutritionist you like who's helping you.) It was great to hear your dad talking more on the video that usual - really fun stuff! You guys keep rocking the treatment all the way to remission in 2022! Happy New Year !!

Another excellent vlog, Sebastian. As said before, you and Dad sure do make a winning team. I agree with every point made by you both as relates to health. Cancer made a very poor choice when selecting you as a target, although you are making the best of an unwanted situation. Both haircuts look really good.
May your next Christmas find you far away from any hospitals/medical clinics and enjoying a triumphant outcome.

If the doctors supports it I think fasting might be a good idea, supposed to help cell repair themselves during the fasting. I do fasting from time to time as well. Happy new year!

Sebastian how long does your chemo infusion take and how many do you have left ? Sorry if nosey.
It's all good, no worries. 🤠
It takes around 30 minutes for labs,
And it takes around 20 of waiting to get Chemo, then around 2 hours of infusion & pump setup.

💪Try to get those protein shakes in, whether you plan to fast or not, to gain weight. Good information on the Costco "Tofwagyu" (tofu + wagyu)! By the way it's "Happy New YEAR," not "New YEARS!" Unless you believe in multiple dimensions. Happy 2 year Covid Anniversary y'all ! 😁🙌
