The craziest part is that a lot of stuff like this (sexual-assault, bullying, suicide and even rape) was a very common thing on the ship I was stationed on while in the Navy. Even our chaplin, the religious dude we're suppose to go to about our problems, attempted to kill himself on deployment because word got out that he was sleeping with a much younger and low ranking sailor. In that same week we had 3 other attempts. Not to mention how awful the Navy is for the environment. People would constantly throw trash and 5 gallon buckets of paint overboard, even if we, "disposed of it correctly," they would just condense it and throw it overboard anyways. If jets have to much full before landing on the carrier they have to dump the excess. I just really want to shine some light on how horrible the military can be, because stuff like this can happen in all branches. As someone who served, I don't want to discourage people from enlisting, but I want people to understand to the true nature of some of the people they may encounter. Not to say you'll have the same experience I did, but some (not all) of our military personal are the scum of the earth.

The police can't really do anything if we're out at sea either (which is when most of it happens). It's a very flawed and favorable system. Furthermore, anytime I personally heard about the situation was after it was reported, and even then there was over 6000 people on my ship, I doubt I would've known their names. So yes it was reported, but nothing serious (outside of the Navy) happened to anybody.

As a woman, this has been going on far longer than what is coming to light now. I was forced to leave my job as I was constantly touched inappropriately while working. The only female restroom/locker room for changing& personal items was DIRECTLY next to the managers office & found out he secretly recorded all of us for years. Thankfully, a cable installer found the lines & let myself & others know what was going on - with a sign affidavit, Pictures, video, and more. Fun fact: a Blizz employee posted today on Twitter that they'd found out several members of the board were essentially bribed into backing Kotick, getting stock worth millions that wouldn't begin paying off until 2022-2025. This gives the board a strong incentive to keep Bobby in charge, lest they lose these Restricted Stock Units before they have time to begin vesting.

I love overwatch, favorite game. but what they have done is completely unacceptable.
@@LordOfWaffles32 it’s not my favorite but I do like overwatch and I played WoW for 15 years… really unfortunate that my youth and probably thousands of dollars was given to such a scummy company. Feels pretty bad when it comes to all my nostalgia.
