@@RygartARTB Agreed! Apple sauces aswell. He ranked refined sugar S tier for baking purposes or sweetness in receipes, but there are so many alternatives in sweetening that are not sugar like Mollases, Apples and bananas (especially cooked), dried figs and dates.

Spinach is the beginner tier in green leafy vegetables. It's versatile, doesn't taste very "green", is cheap, tastes ok raw. But man, steam yourself some kale in season, it is delicious. I am looking forward to the seasons of specific kale varieties throughout the year and even go to different organic shops if they don't have it or it is not good. I ascended to eating green leafy vegetables every day and kale is king.

The balance of sugar and acidity is what makes any dish good. Especially when it comes to “stuff” salads. (Potato salad, pasta salad and stuff like that) a splash of vinegar and a pinch of sugar really adds the pop thats needed.

Honestly, I'd give this film a 9.5/10. The diverse terminology used in order to describe this plethora of common foods and the quality of them is truly inspired. However, the incorrect pronunciation of both the bagels and pastas is belittling to the common man.
I was rlly excited bc this is a rare 90 minute vid and I thought I could put this on and tune it out while I did homework, but I found myself completely unable to look away. I don’t know what that says about my attention span
