Vic, what about those who want to rent? I have now been dooped by 2 different "management companies" who basically just wanted my application fee as well as others. Then they tell me that the property has already been rented! How do I avoid that? And do you know of any places to rent under $1000 a month? Because I'm finding it hard to find places like that as well.
