Funny, I noticed you didn't mention home prices for Indian Hill. It's a RICH neighborhood. Power players, executives and multi millionaires live there. Isn't Indian Hill one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the whole country?
Interesting video. Been in Cincy for about 5 years now. Live way out in Amelia. Wanna know the reason I live in the next county? Taxes. Realtors never talk about taxes. If you look at the tax rates these areas they are ridiculously high. Might as well have another house payment just to pay for bloated school districts and government. Anderson it great. $650k house in Turpin Hills, taxes $700 extra a month. Blue Ash, $699k, taxes $1000, Loveland, $565k, taxes $700, Montgomery, $600k, taxes $600, Mason, $600k, taxes $550, Madeira, $650k, taxes $1200!!!, Oakley, $675k, $900, Wyoming, $650k, taxes $750 and Indian Hill….good luck finding something under $1 million. Clermont Co, Pierce Township, 3000 sq ft, $575k, taxes $500. Moral of the story, stay out of Hamilton County.
These are the 10 best suburbs I would have picked for those with lots and lots of cash. That's fair, and if that's your situation, then congratulations! But most of us can't afford a home in Indian Hills. I'm pretty sure the square footage of my house is less than the pool house in some of those compounds. If you make less than half a mil per year, there are still lots of other great places to live in the metro. Clifton, North Side, College Hill, across the river, Pleasant ridge, Greenhills, Springdale, Fairfield, Glendale, Sharonville, etc.
Typical east sider. Ignored the west side completely. I’m from Oregonia north, lived in Clifton for 7 years, moved to Blue Ash and tried to buy around there when I started looking in 2020. The houses over there were insanely priced. I found a house in Dent well below budget and it’s been great. My commute downtown was 10 minutes (covid killed that office job after I closed on the house in March). But we got the Dent School house, zip dip, white water park, and great Miami river. Shopping options are vast and we have a ton of small business in the area. Also lots of green space. My backyard is wooded.
Thanks for your comments! We have many west side clients and team members and love the west side as well. We need to give it some love in our next video!
You're right, I live in a cheap condo in dent but it nice..right off rybolt is a heck of a neighborhood and I bet you get more bang for your buck then Loveland, blue ash ,mason
I’ve been trying to move to Cincinnati area for the last 3 years to be close to my daughter. My husband has Alzheimer’s and we want one floor walk in shower, main floor bedroom. We are priced out of the market with these inflated prices.
Montgomery and Blue Ash are beautiful, but they are in Sycamore school district, and they will suck you dry. They have it all,but they always want more.Don't do that to yourself.Vote no on school taxes.Or pay up.Your choice.
You created a list of Cincinnati suburbs yet you failed to mention one single area on the west side of Cincinnati. Are you implying that that the whole other half of the city is not worthy of what you consider a best suburb in the city? Seems like you have some bias.

Very considerate of you to not mention any prices in the segment on Indian Hills 😂
Right, none of these suburbs are shocking, except for some of the prices. These are some expensive areas.
I've lived in Loveland, Ohio for the past 26 years! Beautiful City!
We agree :)
Where is your list for Northern Kentucky

Ah, yes, Cincinnati’s Best EASTSIDE Suburbs.

You omitted the RE info for Indian Hill, was that by design?
Yes because no one watching this video can afford a home in Indian hill
Kenwood Towne Center is in Kenwood, not Madeira.
Property taxes are outrageous in Cincinnati Ohio no matter what neighborhood you live in 😮 whew wee!!

Do any of these areas allow backyard fences?
I live 2 hours from Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus.
If you want TRAFFIC move to Mason
Wow. Homes are cheaper there then where I live in southeastern Ohio. I live in a very small rural area.
I would add West Chester to the top of the list.
How about no ,very overated
i would live in the state of ohio FOR SURE without any doubt AT ALL ZERO questions asked PERIOD

What about Delhi!?!?
Saw a suburb covered in Bradford Pears. No thanks.

We actually love the west side and many of our team members live there. Watch our upcoming videos, I promise we will give the west side some mentions!
There’s nowhere on the Westside better than the suburbs he listed…simple.
@@Mradamronelagree, east side is where it’s at
What are the West side's selling points?
@@ChucksGhost01 All the plane traffic from CVG? Nothing says 'west side' like hearing big jets fly over all day. :-)
Milford.
We need a list of ten places not to live. You know, places with lots of brothers!
Id rather move back to Columbus than live here
Do it then and stop whining about it.
