I have been a Jr. fan from the very begining. When he announced he formed JRMotorsports, and had Kelly at the helm by his side, I just knew the team would be successful. Kelly is the best teammate Dale has ever had and that team of two have been there for each other, through thick and thin. This JRM team will be a force for years to come. They've shown they can do it for several years already. Kelly is the queen of NASCAR, and i love it. Dale has many more talents than just driving, his knowledge of racing is so deep. I truly love his devotion and infatuation with the history of NASCAR, and all he does to tell those stories is something to be admired. I'm hoping for a championship this weekend. Justin deserves one, and is well situated to se it through. Go Jr. Motorsports!!! We're rootin fer ya!
I love these post race celebrations at the shop. A great way to get the team/family to grow together and want to succeed. Team building 101. Pay attention RCR. 1st rule of management is to praise in public, criticized in private. I love this team and proud of the way you're doing it. Let's go get that ring!
