I'm Happy Mattel listened and changed the HeMan look. this is definitely much better.

Nice review. Besides Alcala, I think this head resembles some Errol McCarthy artwork (chek the cheekbones). I put this head on the 40th anniversary He-man.

When you say 1:1 are you referring to the scale of the figure or are you saying like an exact duplicate?
