Cerakote to match whatever head gives you more compression. That flat cover on the side of the head needs an engraving, maybe TMR Ty Monogan Racing.

If you’re running a race head why wouldn’t you do some internal motor stuff like port the head? Maybe have a balanced crank or coat the internals! Really make it kick ass

How about EBeast compared to a 250cc gas dirt bike (Seen on my channel) Half price too!
Could you sand blast parts first to get the initial dirt off, and then vapor blast it to make it shiny? Would this speed up the process?
Cant sand blast these parts because they are aluminum and it would tear them up. What I did with my bike was glass bead blasted the cases and the cylinder then cerakoted them. But for vapor blasting I’m not sure
I know this was 2 years ago, but did you wind up ordering an OEM reed boot or some sort of aftermarket one? I’m in the process of saving a 2003 250 right now and everyone’s showing out of stock on the original piece. Probably discontinued.
