Thankyou for such an informative video I’m 48 and noticed my vagina is making sounds like too much air embarrassing 😢
It is traumatic enough for me to get a pap smear every year. There is no way I am going to allow a physical therapist to get in between my legs and/or do any type of touch or exam. I get sick of women acting like I'm not allowed to be modest after having a child. It's gross.
There is a lot that can be gained even without the internal exam. I would still recommend seeing one.
