@therealgeneralaladeen Good luck to you both! On the chance you've not yet done y10 Work Experience, I did mine at RAAF Williamstown in the 90's as an Avionics Technician. It was by far the coolest work experience I've ever heard of!

Watching aircraft land and take off and trundle around the flightline is all very interesting…for about 5 minutes. How about some in-depth coverage of daily missions, mission briefs, objectives for the day, operational information both from air and ground crew involved in aspects directly affecting aviation operations, post mission debriefings? The RAF posted footage some months ago following the RAF’s fighter pilots doing their F-35 conversion course in the States. It followed individual pilots prepping for and talking about the days serials and objectives and then included footage of those missions taken from inside the cockpit, way more interesting than watching aircraft come and go.
We are currently going through 5 interviews from the exercise, please understand its a mammoth undertaking and making sure we pair the right vision with the right interviews- it all takes time.
