WE WANT LV2 vs CS3 vs R5
AND WE WANT IT NOW!
Roger!
like hearing from other players feedback! hopefully will get my next week!
Combinations of different paint makes guns chrono all over the place so that's a thing to keep in mind always
There's not gonna be some crazy shot drop with an lv that makes no sense. It has nothing to do with the ball shooting "flatter" or anything like that across a 100yard field, otherwise a spool valve and a stacked tube poppet shooting the same exact velocity somehow would not be capable of shooting the exact same distance in a controlled test with same paint, bore, fps, barrels. It's perception changing from different ergonomics/angles and the angle of the barrel. Visibly double stacked poppets you see the arch in the shot much more than your average spool valve. If you use a slow motion camera or just watch videos in slow motions from 1st person behind markers its the same deal. Even first strike does the same thing. Watch some of those mag fed guys videos when they take long distance shots and do the slow mo cuts.
Correct. There is no such thing as a "lob" and "flat" shot. Perception is a powerful agent.
hell yea means mine is on the way from yall !! cant wait!
Thank you!!!
Patiently waiting for the Geo5 vs DSR+ video. 😉
This
so... Geo R5 vs CS3??? what's your favorite
They’re both great in their own way. The Geo is a smoother shot and more tunable. The CS3 is a plug and go workhorse. Regarding what I’ll be shooting moving forward, I will be giving the Geo R5 a shot as my main!
Is it possible to Punish people with smoothness? Great video guys!
can you guys please bring back the lagoon colorway?
10:00 bro is literally like eating his chin strap while talking 😂😂 It makes me want to go help him out and unbuckle his chin strap so he can talk straight
Shallow gene pool in the flyover states.
It sounds craaaaazy
Really want to see the brass sfr vs regular sfr. I hope there is actually a difference. I trust
Coming later this week or next!
The racing green looks so much brighter online
Cons, When are these companies going to focus on the main issue with all markers, the psi jumping from 275 to 280 to 273 just as an example. Which makes inconsistent shots. No marker shoots lazers. I hate when I hear that. No marker has consistent psi, no consistent shots. It always jumps. This must be fixed and still hasnt in over 25 years. The fact that it hasn't even been a focus is crap! Tell Jack Wood and all companies to focus on this or we will keep getting the same inconsistent markers. All markers shoot similarly. Its really just comes down to the feel of the gun in your hand and the shot feel for the individual shooting it. They all shoot, and most shots are similar in feel. Paintball guns are paintball guns. They shoot like one. I haven't ever shot a perfect marker or had a bad feeling marker. They all just have slight differences. Not enough to make me have to buy a new one over the older version. Anyone should be able to take a cheap or expensive marker and do damage. Its all comes down to skills. Marker is just a gun. Im tired of the same old designs of all markers. Tired of inconsistent psi jumping while shooting. In tired of the same old designs. The milling is so similar its disgusting. Same old designs. Ah....so over the designs. When you can make a different milling, why wouldnt you. So tired of the same milling. The fact that the geo looks exactly like a cs3 is what im talking about. They should have done a completely new design and didn't. That's just crap.
Everyone in this video belongs in the circus
I enjoy watching your videos. It appears that you are a big fan of Planet Eclipse, which is common in the paintball community. I hope that your enthusiasm for the brand does not affect the authenticity or impartiality of your testimonials or opinions. I think including random player testimonials is a good idea, but editing them too much takes away from the authenticity. It would be better to let the testimonials be natural and raw.
Almost all of the reviews were in full. As I said in a different comment, I only cut out the silent gaps and “Um’s”. Appreciate the feedback and it will be considered for player reviews in the future
Didn’t look as smooth as the LV2 but smoother than everything else
Soooo you gonna bring some to the next msxl event 👀
We will have this 1 to sample. We have to fulfill our backorders first 💪🏻
i feel like a heavier marker will shoot softer. i wonder if they made it just a bit heavier on purpose for a softer shot.
The weight difference is only 1 ounce and the shot is still much more soft
The geo 3x series was my favorite to shoot. Can you compare the shot from a geo 3x to the shot of the r5. Great video
Very close. Geo R5 feels smoother I think
I shoot one as well, these are smoother BUT bigger markers
Bro I love my geo 3
@@HectorGarcia-sn2qj the 3x series is such a good line of geos. It’s a shame the solenoid issue is going on
My Pooty moded Vanquish 2 and Luxe Ice are still quieter than the Geo 5 R that showed at X Factor.
How's the GT2 shot in comparison to this?
Which color way was this one 😊
I just bought a freaking 180r.... lol
So is this just a downgraded cs3?
Looks like all the other guns
Your observation of the grips is nothing new. The CS1 (which includes all iterations, including the Geo 4) foregrip has always dropped straight down from the front of the body, with the slightly concave profile. The CS2/CS3 foregrip has always tapered back before heading downward. The R5 continues the "Geo foregrip tradition" of dropping straight down, elongating the thumb pocket/distance from the trigger guard to the foregrip.
Also, please stop spreading misinformation. The "lob shot" and "straight shot" *do not exist.*
With all of that said, great job on the player testimonials. This is a great marker.
That was players impressions. Not ours. They’re entitled to their opinion. It is not misinformation
@@PunishersPaintball Regardless of folks' opinions, it's nothing more than perception based on positional/ergonomic factors. The ball doesn't care what marker or what barrel it's leaving from, outside of some very unique and niche circumstances. LV2, CS3, Geo 5, etc....the ball doesn't know or care. It's being acted on by gravity, air resistance and wind. None of those markers produce more of a "lob" or "straight" shot than the other. This is Newtonian physics 101, not opinion. You guys have a respectable channel and tossing out pseudoscience does more to discredit you than anything else.
Ok...how about the player's perception of the ball feels as though its "lobbing" due to markers layup/ergonomics allows you to more accurately shoot for shots at a longer range? Lol
R5 vs CS3
R5 vs LV2
R5 vs DSR+
Crap i just bought an idol...and a cs3...dam ,dam dam....
So it drops like the dsr+ ?
Guess I’m oldschool here now but my opinion TM40 still the best lol
The tm isn't old school! But I agree😊
Pooty modded Luxe Ice takes the TM40
It's too slow BRING OUT THE ROTOR!
I can't wait for them to come down to my price range in a few years
this dude talking about the "shot" stuff needs to take a physics class. There is no different shot trajectory between any of these examples.
They gotta sell it somehow
Like i get that and all but when i shoot a dsr+ next to a tm40 there is a noticeable little quick drop at the end. This is anecdotal but most people notice it.
@@jasonguthrie730 there isnt tho. its impossible. The barrel is smooth bore and the guns dont actually impart different forces between models. The bolt only loads paint into the breech and then air pushes it. its the same thing on every paintball gun. there is no way a paintball gun can effect the shot with traditional barrels. the gun itself simply isn't doing anything other than delivering a jet of air to push the paintball. after than its all physics. its possible 2 guns arent shooting the same velocity and have a different path, more than likely that is what you think you are noticing. but there is no way to get a " drop shot" at the end of the flight path on a normal smooth bore barrel, you simply cant impart any control what so ever on the projectile
Geo 4 takes AA's. Still a big miss not offering a rechargeable battery.
9:00 - Crack. Not even once.
😂
The sport is dead until paint drops in price...you spend 1.6k on a new marker and then spend 150 a weekend to play, its not worth it unless you got daddys money.
Great video, maybe don't say "I don't tell people what to say, and then cut up the responses like an emo goth from the 90s.
Didn’t really cut out what people said. Maybe 10%. Just all the pauses and “um’s”
keep your mask on
if a 180r and a cs3 had a baby lmao
Both Gamma markers. The R5 isn't a Gamma marker.
