200g quinoa
1 mango
200 g cocktail tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 small romaine lettuce (tip: you can alternatively use 1 cucumber as a party salad)
1 red onion
200g feta
3 sprigs of mint
1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
some coriander
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
lime juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
pepper and salt
