Neck Stretches that will Change Your Life

  • I’m no stranger to a tight neck, in fact I spent years... and hundreds of pounds on getting massages and rolling my knots away.
    Not anymore though!
    One amazing thing that I came across were these neck stretch variations that use depression of the shoulders and varying angles of movement to relax the muscles!
    Part of the reason they work so well though is that they help to switch the bigger muscles on that should be working!!
    These are a “symptom” technique that yes - feel AMAZING, but never forget the real cause...
    You probably have weak little lats and are shaped like a bean pole!
    Sort that out and your need for neck stretches and massages will greatly decrease!!! 😄

    Thanks for the tip about keeping the shoulders down. I was doing this before but without that and it’s making a big difference.

    This video is such a blessing. Thank you. Literally one day of doing the exercises and my numbness and tingling down my arm is gone. I can move my head now too. I heard so much noise, it was alarming but you said not to worry, keep doing it and the noise is also gone. Thank you so much!

    This really is amazing! I've been doing it a few times a day for a week now - it was hard and crunchy at first, but now it's such a pleasure to do whenever I'm up waiting for the kettle to boil or something similar! My neck muscles are so much stronger and my traps so much more relaxed! Thanks for sharing this gem!

      I was experiencing dizzy spells and these have completely stopped them.
      I hadn’t realised that dizziness could be an issue due to a tight neck and traps!

    I have insane creptitus in my neck with most movement other than regular side to side. I move my neck in all directions, and still, years later, crack, pop and crunch. So annoying. What can I do to remedy this. I'm 60 with ostoarthritis in neck.

    Astounding.. I've had this niggling, aching rhomboid for months now.. I've had physio 3 times and they haven't been able to deal with it. Was directed to this by your recent email and after 15 mins doing this it's gone lol. I could literally feel the muscle stretching and settling down. Brilliant Tom

    Hi Tom, this is a great movement and I can feel the strech but I get bad tension headaches and doing this seemed to have brought one on. Do you think tension headaches could be caused by bad posture and when I do a stretch it gets worse but in the long run it would sort it out?

    • @TomMorrison
      @TomMorrison  Год назад +1

      Can be, anything headache related I would always see a doctor about really, if you find these too much currently you might be better working through the shoulders first then come back to these at a later date

    • @GolfForTheRestOfUs
      @GolfForTheRestOfUs Год назад

      @@TomMorrison I've seen a doctor a long time ago and many times, there is no other explanation left aside if being posture plus I can see my head is forward so I will do ! I'll be buying your course on the 20th anyway.

    When I do these at the gym, I hold a heavy kettlebell in each hand to make sure I pin my shoulders down.

      Tommy Lobster strange! There has been sales today no problem through PayPal and card, is there an error message coming up or does it just say processing forever?

    • @tommylandrix6070
      @tommylandrix6070 4 года назад

      @@TomMorrison It's just processing forever. I called my bank and they say there shouldn't been any issue from my end. Tried a couple different browsers. Not sure what's wrong. I'll keep trying and let you know if it persists. Thank you so much!
