THIS is how you make an instructional video! No filler. No wasted time.

I started with your neck exercises, then your overweight and decommissioned program which has worked wonders for me. I'm 67 yr old female, had a subdural hematoma drained and even after 18 months of hospital physio I couldn't walk without feeling like I was about to do a face plant. I am now standing tall, and able to walk properly. I started with a milk jug, progressed to kettlebell and baseball bat and now have ordered my Indian clubs and am waiting for the exercises.

Follow along?? I remember the 3-min workout when Mark said “I’m sure you’re all smart enough to do it for a full three minutes without you having to watch a three minute video of me doing it”… obviously not 😂

There is a huge benefit to follow along videos and almost all coaches and trainers provide either follow-along or cues and time markers for their clients when working with them directly. As an added benefit, I noticed several things M Wildman did during the exercises repetitions which were instructive.
His first presentation of these exercises was very good (and something I have passed on so many times I can’t count), but this video is decidedly better than the previous one.

Damn, trying to get longer every point really changed the game here. Thank you, I was having headache for almost a month every day straight and it was getting worse. So bad that at some point I thought there was maybe something more going on... Before pushing the panic button I tried some of your exercizes and I'm relieved! No more pain and Im sleeping much better. Maybe this video doesnt have as many views you wanted but atleast you know there is a person you really helped out there.

Thank you Mark. Enjoyed the first on this exercise. Enjoyed this even more. Saved for daily use.
If I could afford to engage you for personal training to try to get back at least some of what Ive lost due to the distractions and troubles of life, it would be done. As an alternative though these short pointed instructionals are mint.
You know more than most practioners how to work with limitations of a person who is on the lowest end of the scale if mobility and strength to build a safe foundation to move to the more demanding exercises.
    Much appreciated.
Keep doing what you do. Its valuable for aging dudes like me and others.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I was actually going to make a comment that you should make this video, it's like you read my mind!

Basically the exercises of your video I recently saw from 3 years ago. I like it. Gives me something to bookmark and do regularly this way vs the old video. Good idea. My only concern is with most of the movements and rotations from left to right, I hear\feel a fair amount of crunching in my neck. What is going on there and do I just keep working through it or could it be more detrimental than not doing the exercises?

Could you tell what is the rationale behind side glide move? I've been doing this follow along almost daily for two months and it's really great. I think I can feel I became better at this, including glides. However my doctor said it's weird and not supposed to be done. I have Master medicine too, but I can't really understand what joints participate in this movement. It feels like it takes place between skull base and c1-c2 but I'm not sure it's true.

Mr.Wildman, I have been using clubs for a few years and noticed I am developing the symptoms many people call carpal tunnel syndrome. Since club swinging stresses the hand and forearm more than any other exercise I have ever tried, I’m not surprised. I’m not convinced the impingement is completely at the wrist, however. The nerves can get pinched at the neck and shoulder as well, causing the same symptoms as CTS. I like Active Release Technique to release impingement, but are there stretches ore other practices you do to prevent nerve impingement in upper extremities? Thanks a lot, you the main reason I have RUclips.

Nothing has seemed to help so far. Also is this a once a day routine or could it be done multiple times depending on current pain levels?

I am not doubting or questioning the benefits. Just curious if anyone has tried this consistently and for how long until they saw a considerable imrovement. I did for about two weeks but back to it now. I also bought Iron Neck but returned it as I wasn't seeing noticeable improvements. Perhaps I haven't committed to either long enough. This is much better and hope it helps because it's free and can be done anywhere anytime. Thanks MW👍!
