  • Get your floss on for your shoulders and neck!
    This routine is on my list of quick techniques to help with weird sensations in my neck, shoulders and grip!
    Especially if you are someone like me that ends up sleeping upside down, sideways, on my own arms!
    Use these movements in a mini-morning habit and you’ll find your upper body a lot happier and less likely to run into weird aches and pains.

    Wow! Amazing. Like others say, a little burning at first or soreness but so relaxed and loose afterwards and I can do other exercises with more ease. Thank you Tom and Jenny! ❤

      I used to use this one also but what I have found is just doing the variation in this video you just watched more often to be way more beneficial combined with some resistance band rotation and retraction exercises 😊

    Loved the sound affect "ffheetishhhh"🤣
    So have been having problems with my arm and mobility in that area and did the floss just now. I get an uncomftable knotty sort of pain on the top of my shoulder, will that eventually go away ?

    Damn, the burn is real !! Anything all neck pulling in the front and trap causing neck issues? Thinking about buying your product. Can't get pain feel at all.

    Hello there, does this specifically works shoulders? And for the finger tingling, is that a sign of autogenic inhibition?

      yeah it can help free up the shoulders, neck & muscles down your arm! The finger tingling comes from the stretching of the nerves by the hand & shoulder position 😁
