Alright guys I did a little research about myself and I took stock of how everything turned out in my life for the past 12 months I’ve been vaping and I came to solid conclusion that vape was the main culprit. It’s all connected and interdependent. Your mind, your brain, your body, your finances, your motivation, your emotional intelligence, your relationships with family, friends etc even your credit score lol! everything is connected. I used to have at least 8-10k savings in my bank account but now I’m owing the bank, so for guys that are vaping or just starting vaping just know that it’s a disaster waiting to happen in your life, and the funny thing is you won’t notice until you look back and compare at the quality of life you had before you started vaping. Remember when you could sit in the park alone listening to music without vaping.? Remember when you used to sit alone in your room maybe all day without vaping and you were still happy but now the vape has took possession of your own happiness that you already had and owned and now it’s giving it back to you in small amounts each time you vape and now you have to comply and live your life according to the vape’s rules and regulations. Now you act don’t know why you’re anxious about everything, you don’t know why you’re always stressed and tired even if you don’t do anything you’d still be feeling tired and burnt out, you’re behind on your bills, you’re always late to work/school you’re always the last one to get things done.
You can only help you. I’m 2 months clean and I’ve noticed a significant difference in every aspect of my life.

Marijuana is not addictive stop it with the bullshit try heroin that's an addiction where you become physically dependent on it no one was ever physically dependent on marijuana you're just weak I smoked my whole life I'm almost 40 and never had a problem off of marijuana alcohol cigarettes are definitely addictive and you can become dependent on it but marijuana is just habit forming anyone that says they're physically addicted to marijuana is just a week I quit smoking for 40 days didn't feel any physical withdrawal I slept perfectly fine and I started to remember my dreams again but myptsd came back and I started having nightmares and having involuntary muscle spasms at night so now I'm back to smoking again because I never really wanted to quit in the first place I just did it for my employment and marijuana helps me get a full night's sleep and stops me from having muscle spasms and Nightmares and it's better than any of the pills I've been prescribed that are definitely have it for me

Vaping US based e juice is TOTALLY different from picking up a disposable product that has pre-loaded mixture of "vape juice". None of the ingredients listed in this video are found in any US based ejuice that you would fill up a tank on your mod and vape. The danger is trusting a package disposable vape product from the same companies who brought us cigarettes. There are NO dangerous ingredients in e juice, not even nicotine. Remember, lighting something on fire vs a vapor are totally different in how they react to our bodies. I love this channel, thank you for the great and helpful content.

Vaping is so much more difficult to quit than cigarettes. Cigarettes you really know it is bad and you have to take action to buy a pack, to go outside, you really feel the garbage in your mouth and lungs, its more easy to quit.
The vape seems so benign, so easy to access, you can use it everywhere, in the house in public bathrooms in airports. Just one press of a button and you start at zero again. My dream is to quit. But my intention always stay strong in the beginning and begore i know it i hit my girlfriends vape.

It's true, while smoking cigs I took breaks often, and even throughout the day I would only have a cig every few hours. Whereas with vaping I rarely go 5 minutes without puffing. Also cigs make you smell like crap which made me avoid them in certain social situations.

Love how public health England has about 10years of data now and still say Vaping is about 90% safer than smoking, but then again the EU & UK has some of the best regulations in the world when it comes to vaping, we don't have a black market for vape juice and ones for sale in shops have to be tested and if they don't pass can not be sold to the public, the safest thing to do is not smoke or vape but if you have to then I would always pick vaping over smoking

Bc he had already quit, and he said soon it will leave you.. a few days later it did leave me and i went on to graduate the program, from ohio to Missouri and didnt smoke for 2 years, now its 2023 and i was vaping salt nic and when i went on the patch, boom... ive had nicotine poisioning which caused me to have extreme gastritis inflamation, ive been on my death bed for 3 days all because of a patch, now im off everything, all my psych meds, everything i can barely drink cammamile tea, i cant sleep laying down, ive been feeling like im falling through the floor, with an elephant sitting on my chest performing chinese water tourture with a jackhammer... im traumatized and i dont know if ill ever be the same, i feel like im dead over nicotine... i just want to die but Gods keeping me alive, ive had gastritis on and off for the past 3 years.. i dont know who i am anymore or why ive been tourtured like this, like the enemy wants me gone... its scary but im not losing faith and i refuse to give up, i believe God will heal me in Jesus name...

The funny thing is id hit the cart right before going for a run, i usually run 3 miles in 24 minutes, but now i can't run :/ I feel like my thoughts would be just all over the place and my knees will probably hurt, with just 1 hit from the cart i would be able to run again , but maybe it is just the withdrawal? About to reach day 6 of no nicotine. It feels like the 50th or so time of tackling active nicotine addiction. Definitely feeling irritable, even with supplements to help with the cravings and withdrawals. I'm so tired of whatever nicotine product I'm using, whether it's zyn vapes or cigarettes, making me feel sick and tired all the time. I'm even more tired of constantly grappling with whether I want to feel like crap or not. I'm tired of starting the quitting process over and over again. I just want to go back to when smoking a cigarette or hitting a vape or sucking on a zyn never even came to my mind. I'd like it to be like thc is for me now: something i rarely even think about using and maybe only once in a blue moon will i even indulge but not something i go out of my way to do. If that were my relationship with nicotine, I'd be fine, but since every time it becomes this all or nothing thing, I'd just rather not use it at all.

@@bennewman4675 Sorry Ben I'm a bit confused when you say additive free cigarettes, if you're referring to ecigarettes then yes some people do find it difficult to change over. Like you mentioned people are probably addicted to the other chemicals in tobacco aswell as being unaware that the nicotine in tobacco is "freebase" nicotine.
I'd be very sceptical about "additive free" products coming from tobacco & vaping companies, even the ecigarette I used to consume contained propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine.

I watched a video called " the myth of nicotine withdrawal". It's by some guy with a hypnosis clinic. Every time I've stopped vaping it's actually been very easy behind the first day. Feeling tired and having an odd feeling in my stomach have been the only real withdrawal symptoms I've had. I am going to stop again soon

This statement didn't need the added list of chemicals found in vaping to make its point. Most of them are not the case (several I'm aware of are agenda- oriented misinformation) It's the nicotine that is a problem, especially with regard to addiction

Obviously it's the nicotine which is the addictive substance. The list of 'ingredients' is what is killing people whilst vaping.

You are greatly misrepresenting the harmful compounds found in vape juice. The carcinogens you listed are in THC oil, not nicotine vapes, the rest you are simply misrepresenting.

Excuse me doc but that is the definition of clickbait. I was ready to hear some new published studies of new found chemical reactions that are poisonous and produced through vaping and instead you provided chemical elements that are NOT included in vaping products (disclaimer: I'm in EU, I'm not aware of the regulations elsewhere). Please provide proof of your data.
Lastly, of course I agree that nicotine is addictive and only adults should have the right to buy any products that it is included.

Your analogy about powering cars with alcohol is stupid because you can power cars with french fry oil and other harmless things your car also uses natural fossil fuels are you going to go around and drink those that's a stupid analogy you can use a lot of combustible liquids to fuel in engine

Actually the kind of oils they cook french fries in and can use for bio-diesel are toxic to human beings and definately should not be eaten, in fact they probably contribute to a lot of health problems in our current society
