I like your assistant! I have a GE dishwasher with the same problem, it won't turn on! I'm not a techie but with your video I'm sure I'll do it. Many thanks. Clear cut & to the point. Thank you again.
I wish I had thought about repairing my Maytag MYSELF B4 I just ordered a new one it was maybe 5 years old and has sat unused for over a year ( I’ve gotten back in the habit of had washing dishes and used to the routine ) mine looks very similar to the one here during the demonstration.. I wish you would have said how old yours is just to give us an idea.. but all the same GOOD JOB with the tutorial…. If I don’t end up canceling I’ll use this if and when the new one counks out .. I am SURPRISED that you said these dishwashers are made to repair ~ I was under the impression that all these new appliances break just so money can be spent BUYING NEW it what is said to be a throw away society
Fixed my GE for free- disassembled to borrow switch from delayed start, but turnd out that the switch was OK, but the rubber pad turned into a soft substance. Okay, borrowed that rubber from delayed start without having to solder
I have a Maytag dishwasher with an intermittent problem and suspected it was the touch control panel. I would like to order the replacement without tearing into it. Do you know if Maytag has a list of those panels with the correct number?
My control board ( the one you originally showed in your vid) and the right connector are completely fried. I was able to find the control board online but not sure were to find the connector that will house the 4 wires. Can you help?
My 2 year old Whirlpool Dishwasher control panel with Buttons do not light up at all. Dishwasher does not work although power is good up to dishwasher splice box and wire going to control mother board. Is this a main control board failure since no buttons light up? Crème colored main controller?
Chasing down which part is faulty takes a lot of time and not everyone has soldering skill or a soldering iron. I'm pretty sure a lot more people own a screwdriver.

What is your model number? Does it clean and dry the dishes properly? Tia

eBay
He generously told us during the video!
Too bad you didn't show how to take the main control board off. Certain buttons don't work on my whirlpool.
Why not just change the faulty button? That part costs just few cents plus soldering skill

Good point. There are several levels of diy. Have to consider cost and time invested in every project.
