In todays video I'm heading over to Germany in my stage 2 polo gti aw for a mini European road trip! Didn't quite go to plan as you'll see in the video, but enjoy the footage that I did manage to get for you!

What are your thoughts on racechips for the polo gti?my facelift arrives in september and was think of adding a racechip🤔
I’ve not heard bad things about them to be fair, I think as long as the ECU is locked it’s a good alternative. Don’t think you’ll get as good results as you would from a remap, but also can just take off the racechip if you need warranty stuff doing!
Would love to do this in my Clubsport!!

Yes it’s the Wagner front mount
What’s your thoughts on the K-Brace now you’ve lived with it for a while?
Definitely stiffens things up, though I haven’t taken it on track. Sure the best way to see the difference would be a before and after on the track. Think for the money it’s worth it!

My polo was stage 2 mapped yesterday, I now have 290hp and 480nm without an upgraded intercooler
Impressive figures but I’d advise getting an upgraded one, they heat soak really badly and you’ll lose that power after a couple pulls, especially with warmer weather.
@@PassionForPetrol That's the next thing that's going to happen to the car along with an is20 hybrid turbo or an is38 turbo I'm still doubting which is going to be best for the B cycle engine
Good plan, I think for the money the is20 isn’t enough of a jump, plus I’ve heard good things about the is38 swap in all fairness
@@PassionForPetrol They told me that the tte 485 is20 hybrid turbo spools up faster than is38 and makes as much power since these engines with their higher compression than the golf gti are limited at +- 350hp and 550nm.
i should be able to find someone who has installed an is20 hybrid since on youtube you only find videos of is38 polo gti's
I think you’ll be surprised at how little you get out of an is20, @unknownpologti on insta had one fitted, reached around the 300 mark I believe, don’t quote me on that tho haha. Think I’ll go is38 and deal with slightly more lag 👍
Id love to do this in my scirocco, but its 4 hours just to tunnel, and i dont trust it to even make it to tunnel never mind into france😂
Love that 😂😂 it is well worth doing if you ever feel brave, just keep your fingers crossed whilst you drive that’s what I do
