- I saw the official trailer from Vikings Season1 wasn't really good so i made this one i hope you enjoy it
The trailer has been made with clips from the first 3 episodes to Avoid anny spoilers and it already looks Epic! So if you haven't seen Vikings yet i suggest you start watching it!

Facts the official trailer for this makes it look like a soap opera.
It's crazy how young Ragnar and Floki looked here, compared to now.

I just watched the original trailer after seeing the 1st season, and I was like LAME!!! Not at all like what I watched. Then I saw this and was like THIS is what I was watching! Good fucking job man.

Well then you killed it for a first-time editor! Yes I just found out about Vikings a month ago (via Amazon Prime... can't believe what I've been missing out on for 5 years lol), started season 1 about a week ago annnnddd just finished season 2 earlier today when I should've been working 😅 - no regrets.
Whenever I spoke of my heritage, I always felt a bit more pride in my father's Roman Italian background, but I am REALLY loving the fact that I'm also half-Nordic! Time to studiously examine my maternal genealogy tree and get that DNA test 😜

Gonna watch it but talk about strategy on that last scene like hey maybe try surrounding that group instead of shooting directly at the shields and charging right at a wall.

The trailer is aweseome, the sequence of the scenes but the music itself doesn't fit's to the atmosphere of the series.
The intro song for example is much closer.
Something more keltic, medieval would be closer too.
But this soundtrack could be as well from a superhero movie.

it's a well made fan "tribute" to season 1 imho.. but I wouldn't really call it a trailer, since it gives away way too much :) still, nice work

S Elavy yeah that's what we would do now. But back then hey didn't know mutch about fighting tactics! And this was the first attack by Vikings so they had no Idea a shieldwall would be so effective and powerfull

First impressions : story seems a bit too focused on battles. CGI's so mediocre those boat rides look fake af
It's a great series so far for me. I am not going to give any spoilers but there are some cool things that they added to the storyline that give the series exceptional character.
They fight scenes in my personal opinion are not bad. There are a fair amount of fight scenes but not enough to distract you from the story or annoy you. I would reccomend this series to anyone who is a fan of medieval shows, particularly Norwegian with Norse mythology
And the boat scenes definitely arent the greatest however they definitely don't under exaggerate how dangerous and difficult sailing the sea would be back then.
