It genuinely makes me really happy this video has helped so many people. It's hard to create something that will deal with something as difficult as a panic attack. Please subscribe and like the video if it helped. Any support greatly helps us and the channel.

@@Gfors85 the person surfed the internet because he/she was looking for some meditation that might help in releasing the anxiety.. couldn't breather does not mean we are not breathing.. we are alive and our functions are working but our mind tells that we aren't and that's why it's called an attack of panic.. I understand where you come from you might think this is all a joke but some of us do ho through panic attacks in our daily lives.. and hope not you might have loved ones who go through this but might not share with you.. pray to God that people who are not going through does not get through it.. bcz trust me it's worse than being dead.. it's worse than any physical health.. bcz we have medicines for other things but for panic it's only our consciousness that can help you and nobody else.. and it's difficult to live with fear everyday what might cause that dreading experience.. please don't make fun of anyone who goes through it.. if you don't understand just don't talk about it

@@jyotsnatandon4485 @Jyotsna Tandon wtf? Im diagnosed with panic-syndrom, Ive surely had more panic attacks than you and most people on this section had. When I have a panic attack, I cant stand up cus I will puke, I CAN DEFINETLY NOT surf the internet , making choices or even use my hands cus they are shaking too much. I was wondering how much of a panic the person really had since he/she was able to function enough to surf the internet.

@@ryanchristopher2403 Panic attacks is the misfiring of the fight or flight response, usually caused by anything that makes you anxious. Sometimes they may share symptoms, such as an elevated heart rate. However this is thankfully very different to the much more physical issues of heart problems, such as strokes. Fear not! These spooky sensations of the fight or flight response often disappear in times of calm.

The way you said “just know that you will be okay” completely set me off in tears. But these were good tears. I listened to that bit three times over. I can always tell when I’m going to have an attack and most of the time I just let it happen because the pain in my chest and the thoughts spiralling around over and over in my head will be less after the attack. Like the lid of a bottle of fizzy pop shooting off after it’s been shaken so much. I’ve never committed to meditation before as it would never really help so I tried Headspace first but three minutes was just not enough so I whack on RUclips. I am so glad I did because I found you. You really helped me, thank you.

God Bless this planet, may we all heal and come to understand one another and stop the pain and stop the hate and forgive the past because we were all ignorant once. I'm sorry. Some how, maybe we have hurt the same amount that we've caused hurt? Idk, this is the human experience and for all of us to transcend our sufferings and the sufferings of others because we are one.

thank you so much, honestly. throughout this meditation i felt a sensation of excitement, excitement to continue meditation and to finally take control of my anxiety. ive honestly let my anxiety and panic attacks consume me, rule me. ive let this anxiety become a defining part of myself. i’m now setting my intention for the rest of my days to managing this anxiety, and overcoming it. this mind of mine is so powerful, i have so much to learn. the air i was breathing felt very cool and tingly in my nose. i felt pains and electricity within my body. i felt my heartbeat in my fingertips as they rested on my thighs. usually any painful sensation in my body sets off my anxiety and most times i spiral into the “i’m going to die “ mentality. you telling me not to judge my thoughts was absolutely what i needed. i often shame myself for thinking the things i do when i can just simply observe it and not act on it. i felt a teardrop coming from my eye. when you told me to open my eyes my room felt so big and everything was very bright and it’s like i came out of a tunnel. thank you thank you thank you and goodnight!!

I've always had some big fears and anxiety attacks, but today I felt it in a immense way, felt like it was never getting out of me anymore, my fears came back, someway, all at once. I was having a panic attack, I knew what it was so I started to search what to do about it. Remembered some meditation video I see for sleeping and decided to search for this about panic. I think it was the best decision I could possibly make now, it helped in some ways I don't think anyone could've helped this time. It feels good to see that I can make myself better, see that I'm capable to do it with me and my mind, and realizing this is the best way to do it (cus in one way or another this is all about my mind with my own body right?). So thank you, a lot, ill try to keep your video in mind to think about it when I mostly need to come back to safe. Thank you a lot. And I truly hope happiness and joy for you. Hope you feel our thankfulness in a way you deserve, take it for your joy and heart. truly, Thank you :)

Dear declutter man, I have been experiencing extreme bed binding panic attacks for a long time. After seeing and practicing with your videos it is only 8 months later and I have gotten my first job and no longer have 24/7 attacks. Thank you.
Sometimes it can be difficult and frightening if and when they return, like today. I have plenty of good outlets, mainly my busy work days in which I run about a lot.
However I have recently experienced a long term breakup with someone I love, and none of us wanted to do it. He and his friends were my only friends for at least a year. It has been very difficult being plunged into isolation, and although I am rebuilding steadily and admirably, if I see a photo of him or just think about him my mind spirals. What if I did something wrong? Does he still think good of me? Is he OK? Has he blocked my number, I just wanted to get money sorted... Etc etc. In particular I stumbled upon his new insta in which he was so, so pretty and I'm just in pain. My stomachs churning, I don't know what to do. Thank you for having these videos for me to fall back on whilst I figure it out.

The silence for long term made me anxious and i had to open my eyes to see it it has stopped or i lost connection.. a background sound would make it smoother

keep trying the mediation! you will learn to watch that anxiety go by like a train. you are not the anxiety, try to see it as a separate entity. within that silence is a lesson. once you are able to ride it out and continue on with your eyes closed , even with the anxiety, you will be so proud of yourself. keep going
