Your tutorial videos are great! Your breakdowns make it easy to follow. #3 is very important I learned first hand. I broke a light on my ceiling fan. Lightsaber is fine though. :)

Sneaking into the jiujitsu gym after hours to practice on the nice soft mats is great until your boss makes Jedi jokes at you because you forgot about the security cameras.

I love watching your videos and seeing how these stunts are done, but I don't really know where to practice, as in like physical location. I live in a super small apartment in the middle of nowhere, Wyoming. There aren't many places to choose from. You mention gym mats and grass, do you know if most regular gyms have spaces to practice things like this, or maybe I'd be better off going to a park. I guess I'm just kind of worried about looking silly since I have no idea what I'm doing and i know even pros mess up a lot, so I thought I'd ask someone with more experience what you could recommend for location. Sorry for the rambling, I just really have no idea what I'm doing.
Which lightsaber do you recommend for spinning and other techniques?

I have a soft space, a staff to practice with and still broke the connector between my double light saber when I dropped it. So annoyed.
I have 3 sabers and michelle is still better at spinning all of them then me. Lol
Any tips to build the practice saber ?
She had a shinai. They are widely available from martial arts online stores.
Personally I just bought a cheap lightsaber from my local toy store just to practice when I get a good lightsaber
I have a katana to practice with. Can't break that.

FAKE!! Fake! See the end. She "dropped" it. Yeah, sure. Not the MCS I know. 😁😉. Na, seriously if me or my girl become one tenth as talented as you Master Michelle. We'll be well chuffed. Watching the way you sorta flow 'with' your staff or saber, it looks so natural. Not forced. Your one with staff. Really great.
