Ah, had to give another view now at home and with better concentration. Feel like for me there has been some things that I can push myself through and get better with, albeit slowly. Like I used to be terrified of heights, or even really just taking my feet off the ground to go up a ladder. Kinda over that in a lot of ways thanks to taking some side work installing security cameras.
Insects.. blegh. But prefer not to hurt them cause I'm freaked, so have kinda learned to cope.
I can kinda borrow feelings I need from other people, but that depends on them, and they're usually shitty.
Results are kinda mixed. Some things are just uncomfortable for no reason, mundane stuff. Social stuff, forget it.
But if a mess like me can make progress by just facing some things, figure anyone else can. 🤷♂
