You have such patience and such a gentle touch. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a badly matted dog. How well behaved she/he was. It had to feel good to get that hair off.
Most groomers would've taken the easy way and shaved the dogs face, but he kept the integrity of the face and style and wow what a difference. Excellent work , above and beyond grooming
Damjan, you don't need to change the way you do ANYTHING! You are just a gift to the world for helping these poor dogs! I will never understand how people let their dogs get this bad. It makes me sick. So happy to see these dogs getting the care they need and deserve. And you are always so good and kind. Don't change anything you do!

We should be so grateful to the family that adopted this sweet girl. We should not always be so critical. We don’t know their circumstances. They certainly have brought her for grooming- so that is good Nicely done, Damjian ❤
But I wonder if its the same as in the USA? If someone reports neglected animals the owner only has to get the pup to the groomers for a groom and they don’t get punished for their neglect of their pet because taking it to the groomer means the owners are trying….( what a cop out!!!). Here in the UK they would be prosecuted for this terrible crime… so sad.

I'm not surprised that with her dense and shaggy coat, it's hard to maintain. She's so cute! Calm on the table, she must be glad being groomed. It's about time to get those ears unplugged, rid of the mats and get cleaned up. Who does it best professionally and with loving care? It's Damjan. I bet Lola (her name?) agrees with me. 24th! Damjan , some of these doggies are super high maintenance. The owners should know how to keep them healthy and happy. That includes grooming. A lot of owners don’t understand that rushing your dog daily is good for the coat and most doggies enjoy it. Roger in Pierre South Dakota USA 😊

I LOVE your channel! Please don't make excuses for people who neglect their dogs. I brushed my dog every day and he never had any issues in 15 years. If a person can't care for their dog properly, they should find it another home.

My grandfather was from Yugoslavia (when it used to be called that), and many things you do are similar to that part of the family. Their language was a dialect of German. Nice to see you guys.
