Having a tour through the Winery was just fabulous in the beginning as I LOVE the Red Wine!! This reminds me of the vintage video of you about two years ago where you toured a Winery, FANTASTIC! I noticed the flowers especially interior, I don't know if this was from a suggestion I gave but 👍 Flowers really takes the home to the next level in my opinion... Again Danilo, another MASTERFUL, Presentation!!!!
This is a really beautifully restored home.... the brick arches are lovely, as are the windows and ceilings. And what a wonderful - in fact a perfect - opportunity for someone looking to walk into a ready-made winery situation.

The property and countryside is stunning -the perfection of the vineyard planting shows the love, care and quality of the owners and workers. Probably one of the most organised and beautiful in its planting that I have seen. The house is just beautiful. The exterior stonework colour is warm and inviting and the interior is lovely showing the love and care put into the renovations by the owners. The new owners (whomever they may be) will be very lucky indeed. I look forward to your videos (held off looking this week to prolong the anticipation) and now I must wait patiently until next week. And give story or little details on that specific area rather than just providing small preview. Majority of the viewers or let say 90% is not really a prospect buyer but just watching around to see and imagine what it feels like living on that kind of house. Giving extra tour on foot instead of a small preview might help those 10% viewer to immerse themselves and imagine what it feels like living there. Just saying. But I love your house tours. I had literally been trying to understand about olive trees and why the USDA growing zones says zone 7a is not favorable for olive trees when Italys climate seems similar to that of Tennessee. We surely have the hills. I think there is a way to do it so the video was nice to watch and got my dreamer going. I like Extra Virgin olive oil and this looks like a recommended area by Italian sources for olive production. So I might have to find some samples in the area to purchase. First, I hope you never change the music at the beginning, It has an quiet energy to it. I only hope that whoever buys this property respects it enough to keep it going, and show love to that groves. I wouldn't like to hear that someone let it dry up.
So this is another example of a great property because of the vineyards and olive groves and the fact that there’s a thermal nuclear power both the main home and the vineyard which is a huge plus in my book.
