560g plain flour (1060mls)
7g salt (6mls)
14g sugar (16mls)
7g fast action instant dried yeast (1 sachet)
180g water - tepid (180mls)
160g milk - tepid (155mls)
40g oil (42mls)
Filling:
3 tablespoon tomato puree
2 tablespoon dried/fresh herbs
2 cup grated cheese
crushed black pepper
Melted butter 60g (63mls)
