Your Aria shirts are amazing Karina! My pattern is ready for cutting my light blue denim out, a fabulous idea for a jacket. Thank you for sharing your inspiration. 💐
I've always loved the tulip feature on your Aria shirt and the pants. It is such a unique look for those two pieces. Matchy-matchy is in this year so wear them with pride (when it starts to cool down for you). They look great on you!
Fantastic Aria hacks! Both are super cute layering pieces. Absolutely love the denim version with the pleats. Thanks for another great inspirational video, Karina!
Both hacks look wonderful. I love wider bottoms, so I was thinking how to shorten shirts. I thought about adding a waistband and elastic, but it was nice to see it demonstrated. The second hack wouldn't have occurred to me and I love the finished product so much that I can't wait to try something similar myself.
That pink cropped shirt / jacket looks fabulous now. It was ok as a shirt of course. But now it’s outstanding! THe denim one looks perfect with the encore skirt too. You’re so creative! I love watching your hack videos. 😊
I love both these hacks. The pleated one is so different and looks fabulous with the Encore skirt. Thank you for sharing all your amazing skills and ideas.
Lovely remake and new design! They both look fabulous! I'm sure they are both going to be workhorse pieces in your wardrobe. And loving the shorter lengths on you.

This video is perfect timing for me. I recently made the Aria and it’s okay, but I was planning to cut it shorter, per my preference. I really like your denim topper with the added front pleats. Thanks for the inspiration.😊-Deborah
Wow - I love these hacks!! I’ve made 5 Arias in the past and love the pattern. I’m now thinking it’s time to make 2 more. Thanks for the inspiration and the wonderful tutorial.
Thankyou Karina. Your joy for sewing is infectious. I always feel better after watching you make lovely clothes. I especially like what you did with the pleats. Is there enough fabric left for trousers? It would make a great pantsuit.
I’ve been wanting a jacket that I can wear over things in the summer. This is perfect! I can’t wait to try it out for myself. The pleats on the grey denim look marvelous. Thank you for sharing your adaptations!
Karina you are such an artist! I love the way you put clothing items together and you have a great sense of proportions. Were you raised with the English language? You speak English so very well. Love your videos!

My question has to do with sewing using stretchy twill. I don't know how to find the grainline. Can you help me with this. Thanks!
The selvedge edge is on the grain. I measure from there vertically as a reference to place the pattern pieces.
@@LiftingPinsandNeedles You have rejuvenated my love of sewing! I'm making a pair of elasticated flat front slacks. Thank you so much!!
Karina you have outdone yourself with this one! I love both these tops but the second one with the pleats is amazing!❤
