Loving my move from Fuji to GX9. Have the 15mm 1.7 Leica and 12-60mm Leica and getting the 25mm f1.4 for myself for Christmas ☺️👍. Just did a af test with it against my Fuji X-70 in low light and the Lumix trounced the Fuji. Miss the Classic Chrome a bit but getting around it and actually prefer the SOOC black and white JPEGS from the Lumix with the Leica glass. Keep up the great work really enjoy your videos 👍
I’ve always turned off my touch screen on my cameras, they are annoying and I’m always activating them when I don’t want to. I actually appreciate that Olympus has very limited touch screen capability.
In the second hand market of my region the xpro3 goes for three times the price of a gx9! Also consider the lenses. Micro four third lenses are really cheap in the second hand market at the moment
The olympus penF is used to be the best street photography camera but i really really hate it stupid articulating screen LOL Now i want to sold my penF and buying a gx9 for the tilting screen alone, or xpro2 for the weather sealing and across FS. My passion are street and documentary photos. Iam still debating for this.

True. Fujifilm simulations are just JPG images which are adjusted to look similar to the old films. The PhotoScape X software has a couple. Back in the days of film, I shot mostly Kodak. One of the cameras I use for street is the GX-9 -- works great! If going with a Fujifilm camera, I would be looking at the XT-30 II, or XE-4 though the x100v is pretty cool -- not sure if 35mm lens is something I want everyday, but it works. It seems the focus is slow on the Lumix 20mm, which is a shame as they are on version two of that lens. I use the 30mm macro a lot, which is a bargain at $298 on sale, for a Japan made, sharp Panasonic lens. Glad that Tudor is liking the Lumix, the future of the GX line looks bleak, but what we own last for years. - Loren

Both with Fujifilm X-Pro3 and 35mm f1.4. A similar lens for GX9 would be Leica Lumix 25mm F1.4
Instead of xpro3 the xt30 is better and much more cheap

For what you need I think Fujifilm x-s10 is the correct choice.

@@Franceyou I don't know xa10 but I know in general that the AF of this entry level Fujifilm cameras is not so good. So gx9 in this case.

@@Franceyou go with x-s10 from all this choices 👍 GX9 is ok for street photography. But for family Fujifilm is my no. 1 choice.
Both are old. I’m waiting X-Pro4 but if LUMIX beats them to the punch with a gX10. I’m there.
