I wanted to thank you so incredibly much. I habe been struggling with disabling knee pain on my left knee for almost 3years. I'm 29 now and used to be a runner, it was the only form of exercise that really made me feel so good. Since the pain started I had to stop running completely and it made me so sad. I must have gone to almost 10 different orthopedists and spent hundreds of euros in physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractors and nobody could fix my problem... Obviously I turned to youtube and was trying to understand my problem since nobody else could and then I found your video, and I kid you not I saw a dramatic improvement in less than 2 weeks, doing these drills every day. It's now been over a month and the pain has never been so manageable 😭💙 At last I have some hope to maybe run again in the future and I can't thank you enough 💙💙💙 You are a legend!
Would love to have videos of full upper body facia stretch and then another for full lower body facia stretch for daily maintenance. I have your Daily Om series but would like it condensed in to no more than 30 minute videos. Definitely would be willing to purchase!
I REALLY need this video… and I truly hate to complain… But I can barely hear you! Could you please turn the volume up from your end? (if too loud for some, they can easily lower their volume.). I have an almost new iPhone, yet with my volume up all the way on my phone as well as the RUclips volume up all the way and even my air pods in use with volume up to max… it is not loud enough to follow. This is true on most of your videos for me. Do you have any additional suggestions? Also, will this technique work if you have had knee surgeries (not replacements)? Thank you so very much for your assistance.
Oh gosh, I know! I filmed this quickly for a friend of a friend, but then just popped it on RUclips to have others have access to it. I plan to re-shoot it soon with proper mic and lighting!
Thank you for asking! Sorry for my delayed response to you. One option is to put 1 foot on a block for elevation and then cross the other ankle over the knee to reach behind the knee that’s crossed over. Another option is to sit in a chair, and cross one ankle over the knee to reach behind that knee of the leg that is crossed. I hope that works, if not, please let me know, and there’s always another option!
Thank you for reaching out! I would first use very light muscle contraction and short range of motion. You can also modify it by changing the orientation of the knee, meaning, turn it slightly in or out, whatever feels best! Good luck! Erin
Hi Erin, Thanks for this video. I'm giving it a try, however, on the strengthening exercises you mention that we shouldn't feel knee pain. I actually do feel pain in one of my knees. Is there something else I can do to strengthen the quads and glutes for that leg?
Hello! Yes, there are other ways to target that muscles. It would be difficult to write it out here but I will try to do a video to demonstrate soon! (I also do virtual sessions if you are interested in curated the work for your body! www.dailyfascia.com

That is a great idea! I am working on that type of content as we speak (or rather type!) Thank you, Erin
Would love a face fascia and another eye fascia video! Thank you for all your videos.
I’m working on that! I am finding that extra focus here has been really helpful and a lot of different ways. Keep a lookout for more :-)
