    • @cjnav7832

@@riri11- no, it actually got to the point that I couldn't stretch any further and there was no pain at all and it was a daily routine.
But now I don't stretch like that at all, and so when I do stretch I can feel the pulling within me - but it is soo good.
Thank you and God bless you

I am thankful for your information and appreciate the self care tips.. the rest is not meant for us average Joe's. Insurance, or lack of insurance, would not be able to get deep tissues massages, fascia release, holistic doctor's, acupuncture, naps after lunch, high quality supplementation that's non synthetic, even clean water is challenging. Health is for the wealthy, the rest beg for crumbs

Hi Ming; I bought your book several years ago and cured myself from carpal tunnel syndrome in my right arm where my last option was surgery. I’ve since bought and given your book to friends 4 times. Do you have a recommendation for the 2-20 exercises for people that work in an office? We have 8 people in my offices of various ages and I do t think any of us go to the gym anymore... Your recommendations are so very appreciated ❤️

Hi Ming, I am in Week 2 of your book...I bought it for lower back issues. I am improving but when I bend over, I still feel a pinch of some sort on the front of my left thigh area (from before I started the book)...is that a nerve or something with fascia? Anything in the book to avoid or do more? Thanks and congratulations on the book - I am really enjoying thus far.

Hard to say exactly from a distance but myofascial work to gastrocs and underside of foot would be helpful. Also take a look at specific supplements for fascia and connective tissue. I've seen a number of these and they are curable. Good luck.
