Don't want too take anything away from hosey but if you can't wait and are local, auto defiance in deeside did a stand up job for me. With a bigger intercooler and 33's , they did a stage 2 storm tune which made such a massive difference it still makes me smile 4 months later . 😁

Tuning older diesel you’ll always get more smoke, if you watch, out of all the trucks, bens has the most smoke. This is because he’s running a standard air box and safari snorkel. They’re full of restrictions. Blucey and Dora both have custom snorkels and air box’s, so smoke a lot less as they can pull a lot more air in🙌🏻
Are you guys still using the older type ECU or have you updated to the 'flash' type ECU? I'm asking as I don't know if Jose can do his magic on the chip type ECU?
guyz love the channel need your knowlage here... i have a ..alive stage 2 remap, bigger inter cooler, big vnt turbo, snorkle..and it still pulls off like a bag of shite....129.000 on clock runs well ticking over no smoke or coughing wtf iz wrong with the beast 2004 disco love him more than the wife also ashcroft font n rear airlockers with ashcroft cdl totally lost how no power if you can lend a hand here fokin majik cheerz ramos edinburgh
Turbo wastage modulator possibly. Hard to tell without putting eyes on the issue, google it and have a good read on the forums is my best suggestion 🤙🏻
One of the downsides of an automatic D2... you are limited on what you can get through the auto box to the wheels. Far as I know, I think 190-200hp and 380nm is as much as the ZF4HP22 can handle. Was great to see, I've been recommended Td5 Inside many times. I shall have to go and see this wonderful gent next time he comes over to the UK
I personally tune so there isn't any smoke, it used to be awesome to see but I've changed. I'd rather not be standing out or wasting fuel, heating the shit out of those stock piston crowns, valve seats etc.

Yes sadly, Connor has looked at putting a modern box into a d2 but it ends up expensive
