Alfonso, Cavite - Tiny houses these days are often perched on big lots. That's just the way it is. And who says a duplex can't be one building attaching two-story tiny houses?
The family calls it F.A.M.Ville. And rightfully so as the units are dedicated to the heads of the family. The property also takes pride in its spacious green outdoors which blends well with the home's dramatic black exterior. But don't let that familiar sleek exterior fool you. It's not made out of container vans.

crate house look on a modest budget, very nice! you got the big things done, like the house, the land, kubo, and ac... optional things like upgrading or solar you can always do in time. congrats on owning your own house and lot!
Love the clean lines and concept of this. This reminds me of tiny houses and black- roof farm houses sa New Zealand. It’s different and for Air BNB rental property this concept could work. Thanks for sharing!

Iba talaga pag itim yung exterior ng house super elegant pero tuwing summer ang init talaga nyan sa loob pero kung naka-aircon no problem naman.
Hindi yan mainit pag meron yan insulation.

@@stellaperez1699 kahit may insulation mainit parin kasi dark yung color. yung light colors na cointaner house iniinsulate rin naman and umiinit parin. hindi po automatic may insulation ay di na iinit, mas lalo na po yan kasi maliit parang oven yan sa loob tuwing summer.
True, dark exterior looks good but not that environmentally friendly when you think about the electric consumption just to cool it during summers.

@@milosmom8232 that and no windows to let in more natural light. It feels cramped and gloomy. I feel sad bec it has so much potential wasted on poor interior design. :(
Putting the kitchenette under the stairs is not very sanitary.

Much better na tanggalin ung coconut tree sa likod ng house... lalo kung masama ang panahon/bagyo... mayuyupi yang house once bumagsak yang coconut tree....
How is it sustainable kung it’s mostly cement and steel?
I guess the right term should have been longevity when it comes to termite attacks. And I agree, the design doesn't fit sustainability especially the use of dark exteriors and seemingly lack of cross ventilation in the design.

Seeing numerous tiny house as years passed, his design of tiny house is bland and plain. From the exterior it gives impression of spacious inside despite tiny. But once he toured inside 😳🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Ibabash sana kita pero nung napanood ko, agree 🥲. One of the worst OG features. Sayang yung province life at lot area para ka lang tumira sa condo.
