Proverbs 3: 5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” -- Even before we got married, our goal was to live like how we are living our lives today; simple, happy, and contented - even with up to the littlest thing we have. As young as we are, our decision in relocating, from living in the city and giving up our jobs as professionals to living a simple life in the province, was a very risky decision for both of us. However, at that time, trusting the Lord is the only thing we could do. I hope our story inspires you to take that risk, submit to the Lord, focus on how you’ll be able to achieve your plans, and above all, trust HIM with all your heart. Truly, HE has his ways of making our dreams come true and HIS plans are always better than ours.
Thank you and amping pirmi!
❤, Ian & Ruth
Thank you for showing to us your home, Ian and Ruth! Indeed, Proverbs 3:5-6 is something that we should live by. I love the natural lighting brought by the jalousie windows. I'm curious, do you have provisions to put typhoon window shutters for protection against extreme weather conditions?
Kp
So inspirational. May God bless you both and your future children.
Ř
Amen. 💗 The LORD JESUS CHRIST is so so Good!
You have the best interpretation of a modern tropical house. I applaud your use of breezeway blocks in the kitchen, using jalousies and making it floor to ceiling, raised house on cement foundation, wood accents. Galing talaga. Congratulations. May you have many happy days in this farmhouse.
I love the natural light all around! Nakaka good vibes!!! Healthy pa and tipid sa ilaw! Inspiring talaga!
I hope magkaroon ng tiny house community here in the Philippines, a small community na puro talaga tiny houses lang ang itatayo.
What a lovely tiny home you have. I particularly love the jalousies! A little hard to clean but it's so important for tiny homes to have loads of ventilation and illusion of space.
I love the jalousie windows and the reason why you use them. The wood floors are amazing . Overall in my opinion is a great tiny house.
Thank you sa video.
You did great with the construction of your house . It’s very beautiful and inviting
Finaaaaallly OG! When I first saw their video on Tiktok, I knew I have to tagged you guys hahaha! And finally we are all watching this beautiful home.
Super happpyyy for this couple. Ganda talaga ng bahay nila napaka presko :D
🔥🔥🔥Truly inspiring, the design, texture elements, the color scheme, fixtures, ideas, etc. Everything came to a cohesive home construction. I love it.
Ang ganda! Love all your ideas and design! Ang galing! Mukhang malaki iyong bahay kahit maliit lang talaga ang sukat! So far this is the best design of tiny house I have ever seen! Very nice! Thanks for sharing!
Napaka ganda❤
Saw a tiktok video of their house tour. Glad na meron longer version dito sa RUclips 😊 Subscribed! ❤
Love it promise.. that flor to ceiling windows are amazing.
Beautiful. Practical and functional. Just the right price.
I really like how you use the jalousie windows. Napaka modern ng style 😍
It’s tiny but it’s beautiful and homey. I love ❤️ it!
I like this house... so cool and very tropical....Congratulations!
napakaganda😍😍😍😍
Leyte is always hit by strong typhoons. I'm wondering if your house is built to withstand these strong winds? I see flooding is no issue with the elevated structure.
Absolutely Stunning, the view is stunning, excellent video Daghan salamat Dai.
Goods po talaga😃😍
Aesthetic, pragmatic, functional, elegant home!
Npkganda ng bahay nyo lalo't nsa farm❤God bless
Well planned and designed Ar. Ruth 🎉
Ganda ng bahay nyo... Yan ang simple pero over all relaxing
Wow great design very beautiful and very relaxing ambiance..every part of the house have its meaning and well incoporated with the overall design.congratulations!🙂

This is the best designed house that is featured in the channel.
Beautiful and simple.
ANG GANDA
Absolutely wow wow wow😍 best place to raise a family👍
Multi functional and chic.
Great design! I love houses with natural ventilation and lights. However, I've always wondered if this kind of house is safe during typhoons, especially in the Philippines?
Me too
It depends if the location get typfoons i guess not all of ph gets hit. Also it seems stronger than the more local houses lol
@@RiskTaker32 i don't think there's any place in the Philippines that doesn't experience typhoons. 😂and yes, it does look stronger than local houses/huts. but it still looks like it wouldn't stand a chance in a strong storm.
My current place is surrounded by mountains and when a typhoon hits our place, the storm has already been dispersed by the mountains but we still feel its rage.
Hoping I'm wrong about this since I really like this kind of house. ☺ I even have this in my dream house board. 😁
@@joan2632 We all experience typhoons but not the same intensity. Cebu had major damage during Odette, our place was placed under Signal 1 but we only ever got a bit of rain.
@Joan The woman in the video seems to be the architect of the home itself. I would hope that she would know how to build typhoon resistent houses/buildings because she literally went to school for it.
Wow. Well- ventilated and well lit. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌. Hawda nnyo oi. Very. Very nice.
beautiful house, the only issue i see on this design is the decorative because rain water could definitely enter the house especially during typhoon or tropical rains with heavy monsoon...
Nakaka inspire 😍😍😍
Wow nice farmhouse 👍
Congrats ninyo ni Ian Ms. Ruth . Nindota oi. God bless both.
Maupay nga adlaw wow amazing place po
Very nice, Ruth ❤
I love your home. Congrats.

Superrrrr nice! Pila pod nagasto ani tanan? I love it so much!!! 🥰😍🤩
Wow! Am just worried kung may bagyo...the glass🥺
This is such a well designed house!
I love the layout ngl
*Having an empty space on the ground floor, it makes the GF as a soft story.. liability when it comes to earthquake resistant. I hope the structure was well designed by the competent structural engineer*
Very cute house. So nice!
Ka pretty ❤ congrats ian and ruth.
Beautiful house
Beautiful 🥰🥰🥰.
Amazing 👏 inspiration ❤ 👏
Ngayun lang ata ako ulit nakakita jalousie gamit for windows ang ganda ng dating sa house bumagay overall sa wood.

Very nice
Love it
Ganda
Nice design! Very relaxing.
I like Jalousie for natural lights and ventilation. Maliban sa katabi mismo ng inodoro ay Jalousie window, hindi kaya nakikita sa labas kung nakaupo ka sa inodoro at napupu ka??
May magtitiyaga bang manuod habang pumupupo ka?
Wow! I have a slopy property, too. And I'm thinking of a similar design for the house. Really impressive how you maximized the space.
Very inspiring! Sana all 😊🙏🏻
Wow!
Love it! Am inspired!
I love the house
Been there. Very relaxing ang place.
Congrats!
been there too
MABUTI LANG YAN SA MGA LUGAR NA HINDI BINABAGYO.
Yezzzzzz gAnda😍😍😍
Love it!
My only concern is, how is the house in times of strong wind and typhoon? I also have a farm in leyte, an hour from ormoc city... Ive been thinking of building a small farmhouse like yours, but im kinda worried since visayas area is so prone to strong rain and wind... I wanted glass windows but how can we protect it during rainy days... I hope you can give me some advice about this...Everytime i think of building a house in the farm, im always thinking of it's endurance during typhoon...
I like the jalousies. May I know where you get them. Beautiful home.
Engr. Ian Manatad and Architect Ruth Manatad power couple hahaha
Naol anak mayaman
Sana pwede yung ganyang design sa Tondo. Sa Tundo, yung mga kapitbahay mo na jologs, kung makapag-videoke, pasok hanggang buto ang ingay.
Nice house! I want to have a house like that with glass walls. Unfortunately, our country has stronger and stronger typhoons. Your walls are giving me anxiety.
Its simple and Great architecture , can We have the Floor plan of the house, thanks
delikado to pag may typhoon.. ubos ang bintana... andami pa talagang puno sa paligid.
Why? Jalousies can withstand typhoons.
@@kpopggfan2524 flying debris... fallen branches...
@@michaeljakeusman interesting! We have the same windows and we've never had a problem. The trees around arent close enough to the windows, nor are they large enough as long as they trim properly.
omg. kaupay iyo balay
Saan niyo nabili yung mga breeze blocks?
very nice
☺️Hi, thank you for sharing. Your video is so inspiring, I've learned a lot. I hope to watch more videos from you, keep on sharing. Have a great day ! - greetings from our family Kapiso mo Vlog. 8:39
Hello.. hm nagastos for total jalousie window niyo.. super ganda ng concept.
Hope you can visit Bamboo Bali Resort in General Santos City as well.
I really like your farm house. Can we copy the style and planning
this house feels nostalgic because of those louvre windows. But is this really 35sqm floor area? it looks 60-sqm,
Nice
Ganda ng view sa cr 🤣
Hi.... I like your windows.... Is it the traditional jalousie na matibay or the jalouplus which is now around the market na? Gusto ko Rin syang gamitin kaso suppliers were introducing me this jalouplus na... Ang problema, bago palang Installed, maganit and Ang hirap na nyang buksan. Sometimes when forced, sira agad. So I'm looking for the durable one.... Hope you can help me mam 😊
jalousie is an aluminum while jalouplus is a modern pvc design that you installed
OG, do you provide info on the builders used to build these homes?
I am hearing PORSCHE instead of PORCH for pronunciation...nevertheless maganda yung bahay
❤️
How about your wifi access po, are you using starlink or pldt?
Can I ask the contractor’s contact info? Beautiful concept. God Bless
A lot of question how you take a dump with those big windows right beside you 😭, always wonder how people who put big window in their bathroom…
kaabo abo nyo po c Pastor Manatad? anak ako ni Helacrio and Cristeta Sulite naka support na po
Hello, wouldn't it be difficult po if magka bagyo?
