Actually a great design. It's clean, looks spacious for a tiny space & near the beach! The separate kitchen is a great idea. It's apparent he loves his space.
That makes sense na i-keep yung mga trees. Good for the environment.
Naging priority talaga namin yung tibay bago yung pag paganda. Mahirap pag may malakas na bagyo.
I think kaya less damage 'yung tinake ng house din, is because sinalo ng mga puno some of the blows, kaya thankful din ako minsan talaga sa mga trees and plants. At the same time though, nakikita kong possible maging problem din are also trees. May ilang puno medyo padikit sa bahay, so usually may mga sangang babagsak sa house mo directly, or 'yung ugat sa ilalim gumapang sa ilalim ng bahay.
Important din siguro ma determine which trees will withstand typhoons better, and also if better suits the soil and atmoshpere. Hubby surrounded our property with mahogany, only to realize grabeng invasive pala especially since it's not a native tree. Roots are ruining the base of the concrete stairs and some cement walls.
I really liked your white tiny house. GOD bless u always.
WOW.... PERFECT! I also obsessed with TinyHomes.. that's what I want when I get home there! Tama yan... clever I Idea... most of TinyHomes here in U.S. do have their kitchen along with it.... sa amoy at steam (mildew) from the cooking will stick to the walls and materials... therefore I've thought about that too outside kitchen would be the best! Pre... gusto ko same design as your home!
KAWAWA NAMAN KUNG BUNSO KA SA LUGAR NA IYAN ... SO UNFAIR ... VERY VERY UNFAIR. SALUTE MILLION TIMES AND MILLION THUMBS UP 👍 FOR YOU GOOD GUY ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
One can really tell if a person's an architect at heart when he considers not only his needs, but also his surroundings, when building a structure. It's true, humans aren't the only inhabitants of this earth and we should also put everything in consideration. Kudos to the tiny house owner for respecting his surroundings, the coconut trees, and for loving the island of Siargao. I hope more people in the Philippines think like this. You see architects building great, and extravagant designs for the money, but have no respect to nature and surroundings. They cut century old trees for profit, and this for me is an offense. A simple design that respects nature goes a long way. This is why the gods of nature and the coconut trees (some even sacrificed their lives) protected this home.
Oo nga mas ma buti yng maliit lng ang bahay, yng akin maliit lng at iba ang pakiramdam nagawa mo yng gusto at masabi syo proud ako sarili kong bahay maliit lng thanks 🙏🙏🙏
It’s in their blood, it’s in their culture! Philippine hospitality is a “trademark”. Through thick & thin… Families stick together like rice!😂 love & care for each other. Their elders care & look after their grandkids. And the children look after their parents/ elders in their twilight years- they don’t send their elders to senior/ assisted living and the like… Filipinos are natural caring & loving people. That explains their being good and caring nurses & caregivers around the World!!❤🇵🇭
How i love tiny house i have 22sq.m plus a few sq.m of extension for the kitchen and washing area..tama sinabi mo mganda ang tiny dhil ilang hkbang lang andyan kna sa gusto mong puntahan
super nice. kaso di ako mka kita ng solid na contractor that knows how to marry wood and Concrete. inspiring. DENR jan strict? yung sapa sa tabi ng the Lindt Siargao puno nga yun ng construction debri. and di naman yun nag comply sa 30meters highest tide eastment.
Dapat pataasan pa rin, mahirap matrap sa small house tapos may baha, specially malapit pa sa dagat so mataas chances ng storm surges or tsunami if may lindol.
Maganda yung design ng bahay ANG PROBLEMA LANG PO, YUG PAGBAHA LALO NA AT YUNG LOCATION AY TABING DAGAT. SA PANAHON PO KASI NGAYON ANG TITINDI NA NG BAGYO AT ANG TAAS NG MGA ALON. ❤❤
He didn't mention the cost of building. For a concrete house like that, minimum is P20k per sqm (2024 prices). Some even say that it's P22k per sqm minimum, depending on your finishes. I think the house is 30 sqm.
Thanks for sharing your tiny house po.
As an architect, ang daming triggering points. "Ako nag design tapos pinakita ko lang sa Contractor" "i'm a nurse in profession" "I have background in Architecture, may kamaganak akong engineer (non verbatim)" "Mainit yung bahay, hindi makahinga" bacause you didn't consult an architect.
"Sa Siargao" NOT ("Si" Siargao) "Sa window NOT ("Si" window) "Ang tiny house" NOT ("Si tiny house.)
Sa atin mga walang pera mahirap talaga it is so unfortunate but that is a fact
Walang tamang planning.
it always depends on your choices, bottomline is you can be able to build a decent house even without consulting to an engineer or architect.
@@ddfsdddfdfno. That's illegal po.
Tama
@@POLEARTH so it's illegal to design ur house own now!?? FUCKING LMAO. 🤣🤣🤣
I love the idea of preserving palm trees. Kudos to your design, Sir!

Love the tiny white house vibe and the owner is proud of his own design.
"hindi ko kailangan ng malaking bahay" is the line that we should take to heart....
True cute house is beautiful tapos malapad na garden that's my dream..
Naging priority talaga namin yung tibay bago yung pag paganda. Mahirap pag may malakas na bagyo.
Napaka pratical ng small house..
I love it you maintain the preservation of the land. The separation of the kitchen area is well thought out.

nice Jick! First viewer hahaha
THANK YOU ❤GUSTO KO TINY HOUSE MALAPIT SA LAHAT KONTING LAKAD
hello sir DMO :) nice house.
TINY HOUSE I LOVE THAT. LOW MAINTENANCE I GUESS. I will follow your ideas. The roof over your head matters to me.
Wow the house looks so esthetic🤗🤩, But in our familys case i feel so bad for my self dahil bunso ung favored huhuhuhuh
hahahaha, frustrated architect...ganyan din ako. I am an RN din po ;-) thank you for the tips.
Salamat po. What an amazing house 🥰 My tagalog is weak to say the least 🤣..did anyone hear him mention the budget för the house build?
Hi there. No he did not mention anything about the cost of the build.
He didn't mention the cost of building. For a concrete house like that, minimum is P20k per sqm (2024 prices). Some even say that it's P22k per sqm minimum, depending on your finishes. I think the house is 30 sqm.

@@riagalz1617 hi. Try to see the vid of "Kuya Architect". He posted a vid of typhoon proof roof - I think it's a parapet roof? - not sure.
Parang andumi ng dagat?
Okay ito for single living, pero if may family ka, marami kang kailangan e consider.
Niceblog
Install an Energy Recovery Ventilator
nice!
Which typhoon did it survive?
Sir how much did this cost
How much did u spent wiyh that house and included ur property
What’s the music that starts at 8:35? It’s beautiful…..

No roof = Ez typhoon survival
Pwera nalang kung bahain/surge haha
Correct
Always consult a professional!!!
Is it for rent. ..?
How much total cost?
It’s functional, but design-wise you could have hired an architect 😅
Jikko Andanar kaw ba yan?????

Parang baliktad.
Bakit kulay green algae yun dagat.
Lalo yung kitchen kahit may breeze blocks sha.
Good Morning
It's giving mausoleum vibes 😅
Exactly
Grabe kayo hahahahha
Yon sana sasabihin ko hehehe
Tama
