I like when the owner said about contemplating retirement: it doesn have to be a hacienda / big farm...what's important is you are already planting trees that you can use or can get the fruits 5 or 10 years from now."
5 years ago me and my partner were just dreaming about retiring in a farm. Dati paguwi namin galing work nanonood lang kami ng mga video sa youtube about province life, permaculture, at Homesteading. Ngayon im happy to say na "we're living the dream" totoo talaga yung law of attraction hehe! The sacrifice: 2 corporate jobs, 2 properties in the city, and 1 car. The reward: 1 hectar land with a hill and forest, 1 tiny house powered by 5kw solar panels, few fruit trees which already existed before we moved, a small pond, vegetable garden, 3 rows of pinya, egg laying chickens, free water, quiet evenings 😊 and foggy mornings. Greetings po! From Negros Occidental
My later life goal! Living here in Canada for 17 years now, and I am planning to retire early in the Leyte. This is how I envisioned my retirement. Thank you!
Ang detailed and thoughtful mgexplain ng owner. I love the vibe of this farm and the story behind it. May you have a peaceful and happy retirement sir! I'm sure your mom is very proud ❤
beautiful nest! this works if their caretakers are consistent in maintaining the huts. having a same house in a sizeable treed property in quezon province as well, our number 1 headache are the termites that happily chomp at the nipas, wood, and bamboo parts of our house. a good concrete structure is definitely the way to go. the nipas can just act as accents.
If you're making 35k a month, saving 15k every month will be 900k in 5 years. In 5 years, even if you work a low/mid paying job, you could have the potential to build your own house.
Ang hindi narerealized ng marami as you get older, you do not need those high ceilings, long stairs... Hindi mo na maakyat yan. Simple, functional and livable yun lng
Pool 450k medyo maliit pa grabe na tlga inflation patong2x covid+ukraine war nag mahal gas=lahat ng basic commodities nag mahal narin sa loob ng 3-4years lng kawawa mga genz vlogger nalng at ofw nakakaangat ngayon

Achievable itong approach na ginawa nila, it's in between practicality and frugality. Napaka ganda in less than a million.
Ganda!
Ang detailed and thoughtful mgexplain ng owner. I love the vibe of this farm and the story behind it. May you have a peaceful and happy retirement sir! I'm sure your mom is very proud ❤
Good for Seniors, praying we can build our Tiny house din
Cool house in a relatively cool and quiet place--Lucban!
I saw the owner of the farm, Mr. Tingson, as a speaker at one of our IT seminars🤗
grabe ung vibes.. parang nasa gubat ka lang tapos nasa year 80's or 90's..

Gandaaa
Very nice❤❤❤

how much was the total cost to build this?
👍
Walang architect. Goodluck, sana magtagal yung bahay at safe kayo.
First!
Baliktad po yung “S” sa pool
Baliktad nga.
Second!
Pool 450k medyo maliit pa grabe na tlga inflation patong2x covid+ukraine war nag mahal gas=lahat ng basic commodities nag mahal narin sa loob ng 3-4years lng kawawa mga genz vlogger nalng at ofw nakakaangat ngayon
Why spend more money on the pool than the house itself. Nagtipid sa bahay pero sa pool hindi.
Bakit? Sa iyo ba ang bahay? Ikaw ba titira?
@@xxxx-re2sphahaha bakit Hindi naman sayo yong Bahay, bakit Ikaw Ang sumasagot.
Eh hindi rin naman sa yo.
Probably because of preferences. Not necessarily nagtipid.
