I was ground crew for the legend Parge on 56 and 111.
Used to love his Pitts Special, cool to see what he’s been up too after that.

Torado F3 to GR4. I wonder how many USAF pilots went from the F-15C to the F-15E and Armee de L'air pilots from the M2000C to the M2000N and D?

Great interview! It's interesting that, no matter where you work, who you work with can make such a big difference.

What a brilliant interview and Parge seems to be a great guy .
100sqdn dropped their Hawks off at Shawbury on disbandment which was a shame .
It is a shame that my Daughter who works in the Aeries Cafe and bar on an evening was confronted with bolshy pilots who were rude and disrespectful .
I am quite sure Parge was not there .
Always expect the unexpected , everyone knows someone .

How disappointing and rubbish the Torndo F3 was summed up in a sentence. "The F3 is the F3 ... performance wise, it was just about like a Hawk, when you think about performance, er, you know it's the F3."
