If you can't see the emission strength option in the node you may be using an older version of Blender. You need Blender version 2.92 onwards to get the option.

LED cabinets typically come in 16:9 aspect ratios, and the modules within them the same although not always.
If you see lines between the cabinets (your brick texture), the system is either very old or shabby installation work.
If you're gonna see it up close, you can't have a single LED pixel with multiple pixel lookups or interpolation gradients.

For those who get see through/transparent background follow this steps after 3:16
    0. Disconnect BSDF's Emision Color input from Image Texture node and set Base Color to black
    1. Change Math node to Greater Than from Less Than
    2. Create Mix Color node and change Mix to Substract, Connect Image Texture node's Color output to A and (Greater Than) Math nodes Value output to B inputs.
    3. Connect Texture Coordinate node's UV output to Brick Texture node's Vector input (Do this step if you get only stripes instead of bricks texture)
    4. Create Invert Color node and connect with Brick Texture node's Color
    5. Create Mix Color node and change Mix to Subtract (like in step 2), Connect Step 2's Mix Color (Substrack) node's Result output to A and Step 4's Invert Color node's Color output to B
    6. Connect Step 5's Result output to BSDF's Emision Color.
P.S: I am also new to blender, if I couldn't describe it properly let me know I will try to help as much as I can.
