    Love your content. I do disagree with one thing you said “jumping jacks are high impact”. Jumping jacks are similar to skipping rope and skipping rope is considered a “medium” impact activity so wouldn’t jumping jacks fall under medium impact? Our bodies and bones require some impact to stay strong. Just say’n, thanks

    I have a leg slighter shorter than the other, after exercise its not, gradually during the day it goes up again. I'm using a walker to compensate, and I want to get off, how can I do this I can do I am very flexible. Anneliese Lombardi
