To me it’s Cata but TBC was the expansion I had the most fun tbh. I had such a blast in og TBC. Did 0 PvE but so much arena and world PvP. The world was so alive back then.

Burning Crusade my favorite. Feels like classic but weird wacky and more of it.
And it feels weirdly gritty, because there's just so much crap going on all the time.

Also I miss how much instanced content we used to get. Burning crusade launched with 3 raids.
They're so lazy about it nowadays. 3 raids and 8 dungeons every expac is just not enough. It's not enough

my fav expansions are legion, tbc and cata so i guess i like demons and draenei lore
I’ve come to the conclusion that the problem with wow now is the community. I had a blast growing up playing wow from vanilla to Cata. Loved every expansion and the experience. This time around I no fun at all playing classic. The game just doesn’t feel the same anymore. Everybody is min maxing, they want everything for free and GDKPs are just out of control.

the wow world is just becoming bigger and bigger and bigger with every xpack, but at same time feels smaller and smaller and smaller., that is the real problem of this game

That's the point of Dragonflight - no real huge power system to love or hate. Dragonflying that continues on as a part of the game, and updated crafting systems. They didn't want to make any mistakes, they heard people complaining about borrowed power and didn't want to add that.
What I would like to get back to is the horde vs the alliance. Either we are with each other or we are against each other. I’d like to be able to take over enemy cities completely. Like as horde go in and take over stormwind and make it into an orc city, or go into uc and retake the human city from the undead and make it yours again. Why haven’t the humans retaken the city? Also why haven’t the bloodelves rebuilt silvermoon? The game just needs more and less at the same time. But getting back to the you’re either horde or you’re alliance servers is the main thing. People used to be proud to be horde or proud to be alliance. Now nobody cares. They don’t have an allegiance to either because they’re traitors and play both. There needs to be more dynamic gameplay and massive things that are changing that are fun for people to do. Like the dark moon fair type of things but more of them. More weird stuff happening on a weekly bases. It feels repetitive. Also human druids. If the kultiren can be them and worgen can start out as humans with the ability to transform into a Druid before they’re ever bit then it would only make sense to make human druids. A couple of races need to leave completely. Maybe even a whole new game with similar characters and gameplay move sets as wow but just a whole new game entirely. Like a new land where the old world is not even in the game. These are just ideas many might be bad, but the game could go back to the less is more type of game. Right now I have a spell for more keys than are on the keyboard there’s so many damn spells and stuff going on at once that me and probably a lot of people can’t tell wtf is going on without ten Addons telling me what to do. Some work for sure needs done.

Only the last patch. Legion was the most obnoxious expansion of all time. If you had a full time job you couldn’t even compete with the amount of grind it was required. And having alts was pretty much impossible.

WoD has amazing raids, and wasnt as bad as people says, but for me Legion and TBC was the best, hands down.
Wasn’t WOD stuck in one raid for almost a year? I quit in WOD but I did love some stuff about WOD.

Dragonflight is a good expension is just that it comes right after BFA and Shadowland so yeah it's hard to get back on the game with just a good expension for people to be on the hype train for wow It would take several Dragonflight level of quality or One Mop/Wrath lvl of quality.

WoD killed the healer role for me, Legion made me quit raiding and BFA ended my subscription until Classic came out, never going back to retail. I stick with Classic content if thats ends my sub will end again.

And lack of content and the game becoming anything but mmo since you had everything in your garrison and had no fucking reason to leave but yeah, you're right
